Terrible Customer Service 7/7/2008

Very rude staff!\r Owner does a nice job but the people he has working for him are awful!\r Very hard to get questiones anwsered and hours scheduled. They Do not return calls and staff acts rude when you call back because no one bothered to call you.\r Pros: Convenient time Cons: Class was very disruptive not really learning centered. Driving hours hard to get and lack instruction. more

VERY HAPPY 1/1/2008

This place was great!! My son Jason now has his license thanks to New England. I am very confident in his driving abilities now and the price was very reasonable. The instructors are also great. \r \r \r THANKS\r Pros: Nice place, great people. more

bad experience 12/1/2007

I recently went to your school even though my parents told me the man on the phone was rude but I wanted to go because my friends went there. The teacher was not interesting and all we seemed to do is do his personal errands on my driving times...I really wanted to learn but I ended up having to go to another school for extra driving hours..no thanks Cons: bad instruction more

I don't know for sure but from what I hear and my experience it has to be the best driving school. I have friends that have gone to other driving schools and where not that happy with them. I think that they care a little more at New England than the rest. The price and the days available worked out great for me. Pros: relaxed atmosphere but not to relaxed. more
