I go to this nail place often and I always have a great experience. My first trip I was able to walk in without an appointment, no problem. The women were so sweet and extremely thorough with the mani/pedi. I got the full treatment and they didn't rush the process. They worked on my hands and feet at the same time and they both did an excellent job. My nails looked perfect. It was probably the best mani/pedi I have ever received and it was only $25! Neva, the owner of this spa knows a thing or two about how to make a woman feel beautiful and of course, look beautiful as well. We all look for the perfect bikini wax, manicure, pedicure, etc. and Neva has mastered it all. She provides services that are above and beyond what most places in this city can offer. She's very accommodating to her customers and always greets you with a warm smile and some warn tea. The place is spotless and extremely clean which puts my mind at ease. I heard about her through a friend and after going to her once for a bikini wax, I realized that she really does have the magic touch because it did not hurt all all. Walking into Neva's was and will always be a great experience with outstanding customer service. I have never been waxed so well until I met Neva. Neva is very detail oriented with outstanding precision. I am very particular about eye brow shaping because it is very difficult to shape my eye brows to the point of pleasing me. Neva won me over by the results of her work. I no longer go to anyone else for my eye brows. On the flip side, the bikini wax is off the hook. My bikini wax is no longer lopsided. I am very into shapes such as arrows and stars; therefore, precision is key. One wrong move, the shape is destroyed until the hair grows back. However, you are in good hands at Neva's. Neva is on point all the way around. Everyone should go and partake of at least one service. I guarantee that you will return again and again. more

I have seen this salon change owners about three times now and Neva is finally the one who gets it. She has transformed this space into a clean, inviting, relaxed salon that you want to come into. She is very attentive and even remembers your name when you walk in the door. I have since tried her eyelash perm and it is amazing! I have to also say she is by far the best Brazilian waxer in SF. I dreaded going in for this 'treatment' but face it what's a girl to do? I have had horrible experiences in the past. Neva put me at ease, and by god she is fantastic! Let's face it is not the most pleasant thing, but she makes it as painless as humanly possible. I will never go anywhere else ever again!!!
