Not confusing 7/9/2012

It was a pleasure buying the Mazda from Neftin.It's not like other dealerships where you have to spend 4-8 hours running back and forth from the manager to the sales person. the experience was short and not confusing at all. more

We are so glad we switched from VW dealer in Van Nuys to the one in Thousand Oaks for our repairs. They even fixed recall installations that were done wrong by the Van Nuys dealership.Our customer service rep. is also a very nice man and very helpful. more

John at Neftin mazda was not high pressure at all. He was very nice to work with; he was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, he took care of everything and made sure the was ready to go when promised. John was knowledgeable in the options available on the Mazda we wanted. The whole process went very quickly, probably because John was so organized. He is a good reflection of how the Neftin dealership operates. more
