The first contact with our sales rep, Cynthia V was so pleasant and no pressure. She was prompt in calling us after signing up for the Costco program. We felt that she tryly went out of her way to make sure everything we were requesting on the vehicle was there. She was so kind in answering all of our questions over the phone and via email since we were coming from out of town. She spent so much time with us after we arrived to pick up the vehicle explaining everything. We also received a lovely unexpected follow up call. She is truly the Mazda queen. more

I live in West Los Angeles but I drive to Neftin VW in Thousand Oaks because they have been the best dealership I have ever worked with in Southern California. They are fair and ethical and I trust the service people and the sales staff. This is my first VW and it has been trouble-free since time of purchase. I am so impressed! more

Frank Olvera service consultant was amazing very helpful and arranged with me personally for pick up and drop off of my hertz rental, after hours I was so happy with his efforts, he went above my expectations, He is an asset to your team!!!! more
