AVOID THIS PLACE! I’ve been a client since Summer of 2011. Management has changed about 4 times if not more! They are unprofessional and always confused and lost. No one knows what they are doing and I’ve heard the girls at the front talk about clients on more than one occasion. Laser hair removal was a scam. I paid thousands of dollars for nothing. I am a college student who has to travel to get these treatments done and a few times the laser machine wouldn’t even work so they would send me home! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I drive 2.5 hours to get treatments done and they tell me their machine is no longer working? The poorly trained technicians did not properly treat me and each time a different technician would treat me because everyone was always getting fired (they told me the technicians got fired). The contract guaranteed a 70% reduction but now the management is saying 30% reduction is “good enough for you” The current manager Nutty is extremely rude. She claims she is a professional and that she’s been in the business for 10 years but she does not know what she is doing. Bio Skin and Laser is after the money and not client satisfaction. Maybe that is why management is always changing. Seriously, save your time and money and go somewhere else in the Houston area! more

These guys are a big time rip off! Just to get an appointment it took them FOUR WEEKS! Once you get there the staff blames each other for faults. They seem really nice when you first pay them, after that they are completely changed! The staff does not know how to to laser treatments and are completely lousy at their job. I have seen 20% MORE growth after my six treatments. If you like to burn your money go to them!!!! In My opinion they are BIG TIME CHEATERS!!! more

Love this place! Concerned and accommodating staff! Had Botox twice and beautiful results! Also had hydra facial and accent facial.....amazing! Now have full laser 360 scheduled! Thanks bio skin and laser! more

I'm not from Houston but I travel around 700 mile to get treatment over there it is amazing stuff and the manger try her best to explain everything to you ,believe me if you are looking to have good body and good treatment go there it is perfect plece with amazing prices more

i don't know who these people are writing reviews with ""5"" stars, but my experience was anything but. i had to wait 30 minutes to be called into my room because the ""technician"" was stuck in traffic, even though the excuse the front desk kept telling me was that they were getting my room ready, but there was only one other client there, who obviously was not getting a facial, so i couldn't figure out what was so difficult about that. and i guess even being stuck in traffic, the technician still had time to stop for coffee, as evidenced by the coffee cup in her hand as she passed me with an attitude (like i was the one who was late) at the front door. aside from that, the rooms were FREEZING, and the atmosphere was not very inviting. i couldn't imagine crawling onto that cold table and under those cold sheets for a facial, so i didn't...i left. more

I really cannot say enough about the amazing spa experiences I have had at Bio Skin and Laser. From the moment you walk-in, Liz or another friendly member of the Bio Skin team greet you with a WARM smile and a SINCERE willingness to help. I recently purchased a Groupon for a facial which was amazing Hayie was the best I've every had!!! I was also pleasantly suprised with how gorgeous this place was and clean! The staff was friendly and professional. I went in for a facial and walked away with Laser Hair Removal! I am so happy I found a one stop shop for eveything I need & much more! I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends!!!!!! more

I have really enjoyed my experience at Bio Skin and Laser so far. I went to the consultation and they were very nice and explanatory. I left feeling 100% confident! I was initially very nervous about it when I first started my treatment but they did an excellent job. The laser its self feels warm and kind of tickled me. I saw real results after each treatment and over the course of 4 treatments, my hair seems to be almost gone. I really loved my technician afreen. She was very sweet and understanding. I recently tried the microderm with them and my skin has never felt better. I would definitely recommend this place!!! more

I have to say that I have been to visit a number of spa quality establishments, and this one does not disappoint. The owner is there to make sure that your experience is nothing less than amazing, and all the staff live by the same standard. Having met and experienced treatments from all of the staff, I can honestly say that they are all wonderful. If you are looking for top of the line products, equipment and staff...this is the place.
