I love renting from National. They make it so easy to rent and return the vehicle. As an Emerald Club member, I can choose any car in the row that's the right size. And no hassles when I return, just a few questions and I'm on my way. Congratulations National on a great rental experience! more

I am a frequent flyer and I use car rental services all the time. I started using the National Car Rental services in 2013. In the past I used other car rental companies, but in my opinion, National Car Rental outshines the competition. National Car Rental allows you to select the car that meets your needs. National Car Rental's employees have great Customer Focus. I specially would like to thank the team at Monroe, Louisiana. That team in Monroe, again in my opinion, is by far the best team National Car Rental has. Congratulations National Car Rental for your services. more

We have used many of the well known car rental agencies and National Car Rental is by far the best. They allow you to choose your car from a huge selection so you often get more than you paid for when you made your reservation. We also have their membership so we don't have to wait in lines to pick up our car which makes the whole process very fast and efficient. We have never had any trouble with our vehicles. We won't rent from anyone else. more

Consider no other car agency 10/23/2014

I've been using National for years and years. I love their philosophy of getting you in and out as quick as possible. Other agencies, in the effort to go above and beyond just waste my time. The best car rental is one where you are only there for minutes and then on your way. My most recent rental had a problem with the rear view mirrors. I told them upon returning the car and they graciously discounted the rental. more

The Emerald Aisle removes one of the many hassles that we all experience in travelling these days; providing quality cars at a fair price to just get in and go. The automated check-in at drop-off time gets you going in 15 seconds flat. more

Recently, I did what I thought I would never do: I left my cell phone in the rental car when returning. I loaded on the bus. When we were almost to the airport, I realized I left my phone. I felt dumb. I told the bus driver. He immediately called the center to have them begin looking for our phone. Initially, it was not found. The bus driver returned us to the drop-off and personally helped us search the car until we found it. He was kind and helpful. Service like this will always get return customers. more
