I called at 1pm for a 2pm pickup. I needed to catch the 2:30pm Sunday Metra train to go to work.I called at 2:03pm and your representative said " the time right now is 1pm, you don't get pick up till 2pm. My cable TV said 2:03pm. Representative said hold on- held on for 5 minutes. Called back- my phone was blocked from calling Du page cab. I called from another phone , asked for name- he did not respond when asked three times for his name.I asked Brian politely, how come did you do this to me. He said another cab could another 15-20 minutes. Another cab did not show up or no call. more

Lousy Neighbors 3/12/2012

Naper-Dupage Taxi has been a horrible neighbor. in the past 4 years they have repeatedly and routinely run the stop signs in the neighborhood. We have many families with small children, people walking to and from work, and people walking their dogs. Myself and several neighbors have made calls to their dispatch center fairly regularly when it happens and are usually told that the supervisor will be notified. Apparently the ""supervisor"" does not care or has no control over the drivers because it never stops. (No pun intended). We are going to report this to the police and to the city. They may or may not be a good cab service but for certain they are lousy neighbors. more

Fast and Friendly 1/18/2008

The driver was there within 10 minutes and he was extremely friendly. Plus the car was nice they have town cars, which were clean and didn't smell like a locker room. I started using them about a year ago and now they are the only people I call. more
