I am unbelievably amazed and excited about my new kitchen! I could not have imagined that it would turn out so beautifully.They designed my kitchen. Before we selected a contractor or even knew what we were going to do, Mrs. Kalmin took our ideas and the current styles in our home and turned them into my dream kitchen!They helped my husband and I evaluate and reevaluate the layout and selection of our cabinetry, appliances and lighting. Their estimator didn't know what he was doing and did a lousy job of estimating. Communication could have been better between contractor and homeowner on products. Their workmanship was better then average and workers were very courteous. more

Nanademoya Inc. completely remodeled a bathroom for us replacing tile on walls and floor, converted a bathtub to a tiled shower enclosure with glass door and panels, installed a Toto Toilet with washlet, and installed 2 ceiling fans/exhausts. Also, they repaired a leak. So, overall the job was performed to a very high level of quality. We are very satisfied and happy with the results. Therefore, we will employ them again, and recoemmend to others with confidence. more

We have used Nandemoya a number of times. They have done a partial remodel for us as well as a deck and bathroom. They have excellent follow-through and the quality of the work that they do is good. They offer good insights about ways to go about the project. You have a preliminary concept that they augment with their own perspectives which, many times in our experience with them, improved the project. They also stand behind their work. I initially decided to use Nandemoya because they had imagination and could move promptly on the project that I wanted them to do. I had talked to a couple of different providers but Nandemoya understood what I was trying to do and came up with a solution for the remodel that worked well. I have used them 3 times now for different remodels and, while I have always gotten other bids, Nandemoya's bid has always been competitive. I have been involved in enough construction projects over the years to know that I get a good value for the price with Nandemoya. Not only are they prompt, but they have a good staff and I enjoy working with them. Also, if an issue comes up a couple of months after the project is finished, do not be afraid to call them. In my experience, they have always dealt with any issues and corrected them in a timely manner. more

Nandemoya replaced a rotted railing on my porch roof and repaired rotted molding on the exterior of my home. The quality of the work was excellent. They showed up when scheduled and cost came in exactly as quoted. I think they're a little overpriced, but for the quality of the work and the relaibility I'd used them again. more

We initially met with a couple of different builders and really liked what Nandemoya offered. We felt that they were a good fit with who we are as people as well as our project needs. We hired them to do a major remodel that involved adding to the main floor of our house and building a second level on top. Everything went far more smoothly than any other construction project we have done. One of the things that we liked about Nandemoya is that they are comfortable with you living in your home while they are doing the work. They are good at cleaning up every day and they make it as smooth as they possibly can for you. They were incredibly professional and pleasant to work with. We looked forward to seeing and talking with the construction guys on site every day. They were considerate, nice people, and always showed up on time. If the crew was going to take a day off because of a holiday, they let us know way in advance. They also were very flexible in working with us if we had a particular product or subcontractor that we wanted to use. These factors were important to us, and we appreciated their flexibility. We decided to use Nandemoya based on their level of experience. In our initial meeting with the salesman, he was thorough in going through everything on our inspection list and making recommendations. He showed us that they could deal with everything that needed to be done on our house, which is on the market. They certainly followed through after that initial meeting. They did everything from fixing the fence to cleaning out the crawl space to putting siding on the house. We would definitely recommend Nandemoya. They are responsive and they stand behind their work. When we had questions about the invoice, they got right back to us with answers. They were a pleasure to work with. more

I have used Nandemoya 3 or 4 times now and cannot say enough good things about them. I first used them when I needed a contractor for a bathroom with a steam bath that I had designed. Not only was the job that they did for me perfect but it was a true turn-key job, which is rare. When Tim came out to meet with me, I thought he was extremely professional and focused. I had a feeling that Nandemoya would do a great job. The bathroom turned out exactly the way that I wanted it. It is the only perfect job I have ever had done by a contractor. Toshi is an absolute miracle. When I mentioned that I would like to get his ideas on a fireplace surround, he went out to his truck and, within 15 minutes, he had a drawing that was exactly what I had described to him.
