Over booked, waiting for 2 hours, rushed service, awful account/billing manager 9/4/2007

Everytime I went to Dr. Cook I had to wait at least 2 hours. My husband got so annoyed because everytime he wanted to go to doctor with me on his lunch time, he had to take half day off at his job!!!\r Dr. Cook was so in hurry, I couldn't even ask the questions that I had on my first pregnancy.\r \r I had another issue when I received the bills... I called the billing department (she is also account manager)...\r I was trying to understand why I was charged that high, and the manager lady was so rude, and frustrated by my questions and told me that she was busy!\r \r \r That was my last time!!! more

Excellent, conscientious and knowledgable doctor 3/16/2007

Dr. Cook is very thorough and knowledgable. He was instrumental in diagnosing my cancer before I was symptomatic. He is very personable, with a great bedside manner, and genuinely cares for his patients, of which he has many! more

favorite ob/gyn 10/5/2006

I have moved a lot and had a lot of ob/gyns over the years, but Dr. Cook is my favorite. He is extremely personable and genuinely takes an interest in his patients. He spends time to talk to you about each of your concerns. He also has a nice office staff. more
