Is it possible to give a review of 0 stars if so then this establishment certainly deserves it. I have have been coming here for a while now. December 24, 2010 I decided to come in to have a nail fixed. The nail technician, Vivian, glued the nail on crooked. I showed her that the nail was not only leaning to the left but it was considerably shorter than the other nail. Now please keep in mind, I JUST got a fresh gel set last Sunday from the same nail salon. I was very patient and showed her the nail in comparison to the other nail. She left to work on another client and another woman gets into her chair and I said the nail is leaning and she responds, "" nail not finished"" and I explain to her at this rate the way to fix the lean is to take off the nail and redo the nail...I further said I am not paying to have a crooked nail. At that point she started screaming at me and said "" if you not pay, you leave"". After explaining pretty calmly that she didnt need to scream at me and how unprofessional she was I left with a crooked nail. Before I left, Vivian expressed that I was ""very picky"". If not having a crooked nail that looks similar to the other nails is picky then I suggest anyone that has standards of personal appearance, leave this place alone.
I go to this place because I like my usual nail tech and it's close to my house, but after what I experienced today and the banchee-ism I will never return and I will take my business elsewhere. Something to be said about Nail Salons that take their work and business seriously.
