Great Docs, Nurses - Not so great staff 10/13/2008

The doctors are wonderful, caring and very good. The nurses, too.\r The office staff, however, are cold and curt. I still go there because I love the doctor I see. The staff leaves a lot to be desired and I think the docs should replace them and their manager and put someone in there with a more caring attitude. It is, after all, Health CARE!.
