felt i was not treated with respect. Did not receive service I expected. wrote my appointment down as i was making it. I even told the receptionist I was doing that because my last appointment I had to miss. I called to make sure it was correct and was told my phone was disconnected when I was talking on it. My hair color was rushed and was not as light as I requested. == more

Have been a client for 9 years(since I moved to FL. I briefly moved to the east coast of fl and would drive across the state to get my hair done at Nuovo. Fantastic experience every time. Very professional staff, appts are kept on time. Stylists are on trend with new techniques and services. Have recommended several clients and have received great feedback as well. more

service was great from the time i arrived til the time i left. Every staff member I had contact with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Loved the wash,cut, dry and style that Marissa did, just as I do everytime she does my hair. would highly recommend the salon and the stylist to anyone. more

Without a doubt this was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a Salon & Spa, from the moment I called to book an appointment the girls were so helpful and understood what I was looking for in a stylist. They scheduled me with Wayne !!!! I can not say enough good things about him other than I got the best hair cut /style ever!!! I also booked an apointment with Amber for my brows, Amber was wonderful and I have already booked my massage & facial with her. From the moment I walked in to the time I left I felt I was a little bit special, a very nice feeling. Thanks to everyone at Nuovo Salon & Spa at the Landings, I have found my Salon & Spa. more

I receive so many compliments on my hair and it is due to the amazing artists at Nuovo Salon and Spa. My husband and I have been going to this salon for years. The staff is friendly and extremely experienced. I have very thick hair which is difficult to work with;the staff has done an amazing job with the color, cut, and health of my hair. Customer service is A+!Thank you for the great care and service that you provide! more
