Incompetent, indifferent and questionable condition of their equipment. Having bought two of my four tires their, I took my truck into get all four wheels balanced. Despite all new faces my second visit was no better than my first. They could not balance the wheels on my truck. They were very reluctant to recheck their work and made various transparent excuses. Every time they put a wheel on their balancer they got a completely different result. They had no interest in determining the root cause of the problem. I had them remove ALL the wheel weights and my truck had less shake than after their 4-wheel "balance" job.
Pros: Adequate parking
Cons: Incompetent, non-credible excuses, dubious condition of equipment.
