I must say Jeromy is very good.. even great at what he does. He completed his inside work on two windows in less than two hours. I was there watching him work. I really hope you have him at the highest end of your pay scale for his work. He's worth it! Not sure about the other workers that you have working for you to say this, but in a heartbeat I would recommend your company if all of your workers are like him. He does 5 star work with 5 star focus! more

I hired NC Vinyl Siding and Windows to install vinyl siding on my home for a number of reasons. I live in the Hope Mills/Fayetteville area and had a difficult time finding a reputable contractor in this area much less one who would return my calls. I then elected to seek a contractor elsewhere. I contacted Dale Rogers with N C Siding and Windows. I located this contractor on line and did some research on them only to find they had high reviews. Dale arranged for a walk around estimate and had everything in writing within a days time. i was very pleased and impressed with his knowledge in this type of work and professional attitude. When the job started Doug and Jeremy were assigned to install my siding and these two gentlemen were awesome. They had approximately 60 years of experience between them. They went above and beyond my expectations. Doug and Jeremy were extremely professional, courteous and ensured I was completely satisfied with their work. They were both obviously dedicated and loyal employees which reflects positively on them as well as the company. I would highly recommend using this company for any vinyl siding or window installation on your home. They are a reputable business with their mind only on satisfying their customers. I was 100% satisfied with the replacement windows I had installed. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. The installation was handled in less than a day (small house) and all debris was removed. I would use NC Siding and Windows again in the future. more

After a large wind storm pieces of my siding began to fall off. Since they're all connected, the longer I had to wait to get service, the more pieces would fall which would start costing me more money to replace/repair. I contacted numerous siding companies on a Sunday afternoon knowing I wouldn't get a hold of anyone. First thing Monday morning at 8am I received a call back from NC Siding and Windows. They immediately assured me that they could help and that they would be able to see me the same day and even quoted me a price. Tammy was so helpful and any time I called she answered the phone. It's hard to find companies where you talk to an actual local person instead of an out-of-state answering service that just gives you generic information, and then you wait days to talk to an actual person who will help you. Their prices were fair and their work exceptional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with siding or window needs in the Triangle! :) more

Technicians from NC Siding & Windows installed a new slinging glass door to my deck. A staff member came out to my home and gave a very reasonable estimate. The glass door is very high quality and the work is superior. The installation technicians were courteous, polite, exact in their measurements, and thorough in everything they did. I could have had a cheaper rate, but the quality of the product and the work would have suffered. The technicians were outstanding and the door looks excellent. more

We had all of our windows replaced about 2 years ago so I've had time to see how the product holds up. These are good windows and they have saved us on heating and cooling. Also, it has dampened outside noise. Dale Rogers is the owner and working with him and his crew was great. They actually show up when they say, which is getting more and more rare. I have called Dale twice on issues with the windows and he comes immediately to investigate and resolve. He just fixed a window that had gotten off track because we opened it to clean it incorrectly. Great business and I highly recommend them. more

We had a very good experience in measuring,pricing installation and this week service. They install our windows 7 years ago. This past week i notice a problem with an upstairs window which I think was damage by cleaning service person. Dale came out within a few days and repaired same. These are just GOOD people. more
