very gooe to excellent 5/16/2015

I am very pleased by the windows' quality and cannot wait for the winter to feel the difference in home temperature. Darryl, who was the chief installer, could not have been any nicer and more than willing to go the extra mile. The office was also kind and efficient. The one suggestion I have is that Darryl have some helpers with equal skills and dedication to the job. more

Products have to be ordered, but were kept in loop as to delivery dates. No surprises. Installation done by three professionals in a timely manner. No messes left. They had to do some adapting as... 5/15/2015

Overall Great Experience! Dale is as knowledgeable as they come. He spends as much time as necessary to assure you are getting the right product. Tammy and Dale both kept in communication with us to let us know the status of both product delivery and installation. Very non-pushy approach, but don't be fooled. Aggressive in installation and in quality. Still call to make sure we are happy. Recommend without hesitation. Honest, reliable and friendly. Doesn't get any better. more

I met with 2 other companies and NC Siding & Windows, Dale, was the best one. From the beginning, Dale going over everything about the windows and how they worked, to them coming to my house and putting the windows in, everything was 1st class. I highly recommend them. It has made the biggest difference in my home, warmth, sound truly amazing. more

Pleasantly Surprised! 1/23/2015

I received three quotes from three different companies to do the siding on our whole house. NC Siding and Windows was not the lowest but they weren't the highest. I decided to work with them after I met with Dale, he is very personable and professional. The crew did a great job with the siding and a few aesthetic pieces we added to the house. Although, the weather did not cooperate with us the crew worked fast. My house looks great and it will be maintenance free for years to come! BTW- the cost was very reasonable...about 8k lower than the highest quote we receive. I feel as though this company cares about value! more

One of our windows broke right before the holidays and NC Siding and Windows got it ordered and installed as soon as possible. They are friendly, have great prices, and install great windows. more

Very satisfied 1/12/2015

Early December I ordered windows and was told by Dale they would be delivered within five to six weeks. Surprisingly, they came sooner than promised. When the crew showed up, the weather prohibited the job to be done, but the crew came out multiple times and was very accommodating to my needs. NC Siding and Windows has been a pleasure to deal with. Everybody was courteous and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make me happy and from the time of ordering my windows up to the point of installation the communication was excellent. more

Very pleased with NC Siding & Windows 8/21/2014

We recently had our vinyl siding replaced with Hardiplank siding as well as all of our windows replaced. We were very pleased from start to finish with the excellent customer service Dale Rogers provided as well as his staff and installers. Very pleased with the product. This was a big job and they did it right, would highly recommend. more

Top Notch 7/29/2014

Serendipitously decided to check out NC Siding and Windows when considering replacing 15 year old drafty windows that needed painting. Little did I know how well things would turn out! Start to finish ... low pressure ... answered my numerous questions ... helped me consider alternatives ... and just in general Dale and Tammy were terrific to work with during the entire process. Couldn't be happier with the windows which are now helping us save on cooling ... and am pretty confident we will see a difference when heating season rolls around. And we definitely notice how much quieter the house is! If you are considering window replacement ... you definitely should check these folks out! more

I have had an excellent experience working with NC Siding & Window's and felt that they treated me with the utmost care and respect. They got the job done in a few hours once they came out, the windows look great and everyone I spoke to was so kind to me. David and Pablo were the window technicians and Tammy and Dale were also lovely to work with during the quoting process. Excellent service 4/11/2014

I loved my experience working with this company. From the first phone call to the final installation, everything went well. We thought we needed to replace a back door, but were told that the door was fine, it just needed a little tweaking, which they did for free! Any company that would be honest and not oversell, which someone else did, is one that I will definitely recommend and use again. more

Dale, Tammy, and everybody we came in contact with during the window removal and installing process were very professional. Every timeline I was given was reached before hand, the windows are of very good quality, and just the overall attention to detail and personal attention paid can not be matched by a big business. I suggest anybody comparing window installers to seriously get in contact with NC Siding and Windows, you will not be disappointed! more

NC Siding & Windows is very professional about their work and their interactions with their customers. I've been with them for about 5 years and I'm thoroughly pleased with the windows that they've installed for me. I like their response to their customers, they really let you know that they're concerned about you. A lot of times when you're involved with a company you don't get that kind of feedback. NC Siding & Windows makes you feel comfortable. They care about you as a person and they care about the job they're doing for you. more
