My Outdoor Designer

I've heard so many horror stories of pool companies I was extremely hesitant to put myself in this position. When I began getting estimates I got a lot of salesmen who were more concerned about making a sale instead of us and listening to our concerns and our wants. When we met with Mike from My Outdoor Designer, not only did he listen to us, he gave us an education how to shop for a pool, all that goes into building a pool and the differences on pool equipment which allowed us to choose the best equipment. Mike really listened to us and it showed in the 3D design he did for us. Not once did he try to push us into signing a contract. Fred was exceptional during the building of the pool. He was patient in answering all of our questions and construction went exactly as it was explained to us. We get compliments all the time and it's a pleasure to tell people of our experience.
