I took my damaged disk to this company for the free diagnostics. I wasn't sure if I was going to do it or not. After received a quote, I decided not to continue and took it to some other shops that are local. After receiving further quotes the quote I received from Data Recovery Services was more competitive then others so I brought it back. They assured me they can still offer the same quote, they would need to re-diagnose it once more. It wasn't any surprise to me when the results came back exactly the same at which point I decided to have them perform the recovery. I was able to verify my files when the recovery was finished and I got all of my data back. The price was reasonable compared to other places I took it to. Overall I am satisfied and would recommend this company to others. more
