I scheduled a appt and gave them my dental insurance information. They called to verify that I will make it to my appt, but no where in the conversation did they tell me my dental insurance wasn't covered. I was told that my dental insurance didn't cover this visit once I got there to fill out paperwork. So they allowed for me to take off work and pay for parking to be told this in person, not when I gave them my insurance information weeks ago. Also, the woman mgr said that she called, when she did not call to tell me that my insurance was not covered. They made me lose 30 mins of paid time at work and of my life to tell me something they should have told me over the phone, hell they could have called me while I was on my way there to tell me I had to pay out of pocket, but they use that as an excuse to lure me in to pay out of pocket. So, in other words, I pay for dental insurance each pay period for the heck of it...no, they were wrong to lie straight in my face and TRY to trick me into paying up front. The people there are liars and unprofessional. POOR POOR POOR POOR customer service skills.
