I bought a computer and didn't know what I was getting myself into so I took it to my friend Anthony at my computer guy, I've known him for 12 years and he is the only one I trust to work on my computer. He showed me the dust when he removed the case cover it was absolutely disgusting, he cleaned it out so it looks brand new, and he made it quit sounding like a rocket ship when it starts up it runs faster and smoother. Thanks Anthony, you guys are My Computer Guy. more

Quick and helpful 8/24/2011

They quickly told me what was wrong with my laptop and the cost to fix it. I don't need much more than straight forward solutions and options from a tech, so I was pleased. I'd definitely recommend you go see My Computer Guy. more

Fast service and low price 7/7/2011

I had an excellent experience with My computer guy. I have had several game consoles repaired ( ps3 and my sons WII) I have to admit the WII cost $75 to repair and both techs tried to convince me not to repair it as it was not worth it and that I could buy a new unit for $25 more. I have read the other comments and seem shocked that they would try to talk me out of a repair and then try to over charge and steal a broken WII? I guess to each his own. The only complaint I have is that they do not have a shop closer to Ft Carson. more

Thieves and liers! 7/3/2011

These guys took my kids Wii. I gave them the kids Wii system to repair it just before Christmas. They said one week. After several weeks of calling them, they said the Wii would cost me 180 bucks to repair. Since I could buy a new one for about the same amount, I told them no. But when I went to get my Wii, they did not have it. Also, if you call support.nintendo dot com, they charge only 75 dollars no matter what the damage. These guys scammed me trying to get 180 bucks and then stole my kids broken Wii. more

I had this place (attempt to) fix my laptop. I had to go out of town unexpectedly, and they said that they would mail me my laptop when it was finished. I received the laptop (still non-functional), and they charged me $35 for first class mail! Find a different place that won't ruin your laptop more

Best laptop repair shop in town. 2/21/2011

Great service at a reasonable rate. I called around to several of the big box stores here in Colorado Springs looking for some one to work on my laptop computer. I was told by one company that I needed a new motherboard. I picked up the computer and headed home but stopped by My computer guy just for grins. immediately the guys were eager to help me and to my surprise within 5 minutes the laptop was working. They explained to me that it had most likely been dropped because the ram was not seated correctly which caused the unit not to run. They also went the extra mile to clean the LCD and keyboard. They really made my day and saved me $500. more
