Just want to recommend you consider Mr. Rooter Plumbing - Seattle for your plumbing needs. We needed our aging water line pipe repaired. We secured (4) estimates for this project. Phil A came out and gave us a bid and said he could do it the next day. He was very professional and we liked his can do attitude in getting the job done right away. We accepted the bid and Phil A completed the new water line pipe the next day. Very pleased with Phil A and the great service provided. We would highly recommend this company. Plugged Drain 10/14/2016

Ron did an outstanding job. Timely arrival, asked where the problem was and went right to work. I will call and ask for him next time I need a plumber. more

They are great 9/28/2016

They the best I only had $200 and they did what they quoted me at $400 job for $200.60 and fixed my sink and even cleaned it out. I mean I didn't get a worinty but hey I hadn't had a kitchen sink for more then a year and now I have one and I'm over the moon. more

Fixing two toilets. 9/23/2016

We live in a condo. A couple things went wrong on Two toilets. Dillion Salazar was just completing work at a neighbor unit. I told him I had a couple problems and he came in to give me advise. He gave me a written estimate for my computer. Someone called from Mr. Rooter and a service appointment was set up. Turned out one toilet did not need a complete replacement of parts in the tank. Dillion replaced the necessary part but the final billing was much less that the original estimate. Dillion did not try to stick me with unnecessary work or parts. Fair treatment of customer plus fine work!! more

Excellent Diagnostic Visit by Tom Nys 9/4/2016

Tom Nys came to my home last Thursday. He helped determine where a leak was coming from that had stained the ceiling below and damaged the dry wall. He was very thorough and cleaned up any mess he made when he had to remove the drywall and part of the ceiling. He provided solutions and also educated me about never using a "cheap handy man". He also didn't try to pressure sell me and told me to get 3 quotes from licensed and bonded journeyman plumbers to fix the shower floor and drain that was leaking. more

Technician Sean Mr. Rooter Pluming 8/27/2016

Sean was a great technician and very friendly and professional. He was helpful to explain the issues and possible solutions. He exchanged the garbage disposal and the whole process was clean. He didn't try to sell or create other issues, which was great. I totally recommend and refer him to my family and friends. more

Pipe Cam 8/24/2016

He was 40 mins early. Clean, well spoken, easy to get along with and very professional. The office called my office and left a message he was on his way. My cell phone wasn't used. He honored the bid over the phone to cam my drain pipe. His price for the solution is about 25% more than I would like. I'm shopping it. more

Great work on hose bib and bathroom sinks 8/3/2016

Tom from Mr. Rooter did a great job fixing our bathroom sinks (clogs) and replacing a failed hose bib on the back of our house. Mr. Rooter sent him out very shortly after I called. We have used them frequently and have not had anything but good experiences. I highly recommend them. more

Clear Sewer blockage 5/16/2016

Competent, friendly and thoroughly professional staff. The dispatcher was friendly, knowledgable and responsive to questions. The Service Pro arrived within the scheduled time, gave me a concise explanation of what was being done, and addressed all my questions. He even stayed late to clean up thoroughly. more

They did a good job 4/20/2016

I've had Mr. Rooter Plumbing out to my house twice now. Izzy was the plumber they sent. He is very polite and does a good job. No complaints. I would recommend them to others, and plan to utilize their services again, if and when the need arises. more

Great Company! 3/7/2016

I've been calling Mr. Rooter for my plumbing needs for over 20 years. Both office staff and technicians are professional, friendly and very responsive. Techs always arrive on time, explain the procedures, and have fixed all problems. They are my "go to" for any plumbing issues I may have. more

It was easy to set the appointment up and they called before they arrived. Gave me a quote on the job before they began the work. Great customer service before, during, and after they did the work! We will be calling Mr. Rooter again when we have plumbing problems! more

Drain Blockage 12/14/2015

Excellent service. We Called a local plumbing Company who could not fix our problem with recommending a very expensive plumbing job. Mr. rooter was able to clear the blockage in a minimum amount of time and the price was less than quoted! Good people. Clean and respectful. No mess left behind. R Chatham Ampro Builders LLC more

Gas Line Repair 10/28/2015

The experience was as good as it could be. The guys were courteous and showed up on time. They had the parts needed. The problem was fixed. The price was what was estimated. Doesn't get better than that unless it was free. more
