Worst

Came to fix a clogged drain and tried to charge thousands of dollars and never fixed the problem. Than wanted another 7300.00 to fix it!! Chased an old man down to his work to try...

I called several plumbing companies. I just wanted an idea of how much it would cost. Nobody would tell me, they insisted on sending someone out before giving me any kind of estimate. I finally talked to Mr Rooter Plumbing. They gave me an idea of how much it would cost and still offered a free estimate. After the work was done, I was surprised that the final bill was 200.00 less than quoted on the phone. I highly recommend these guys. more

Seth took a very unpleasant situation and made it much more bearable. He is a rare find these days. I cannot praise him enough. If I ever need service again I will definitely insist on him. We have been having some plumbing problems with a toilet for some time. No one has been able to fix it. I responded to a stick on advertisement on the Times and Albert came that very day. He was very careful, checked out the problem and resolved it rather easily. He was a good communicator of what was wrong and what he did. He said not to hesitate to call him if what he did, was not effective. It was!\r I will call him again when needed. more

This is the second time we've used Mr. Rooter. Both service calls were during off-hours. Kevin has been awesome both times and has never hesitated to clearly explain what the problem is and how to fix it. He also has taken the time to ""teach"" me something about my home. more
