Worst

Came to fix a clogged drain and tried to charge thousands of dollars and never fixed the problem. Than wanted another 7300.00 to fix it!! Chased an old man down to his work to try...

This is the second time we've used Mr. Rooter…Both service calls were during off-hours. Kevin has been awesome both times and has never hesitated to clearly explain what the problem is and how to fix it. He also has taken the time to ""teach"" me something about my home. more

polite and professional 3/15/2011

My husband and I have been struggling with our plumbing for awhile but dreaded the thought of hiring a plumber. We haven't had very good experiences in the past. We are so glad now that we called Mr. Rooter. Ryan R. was our technician, and he was awesome!! He explained everything to us first and let us know exactly how much it would cost. Ryan's polite and professional work has really impressed us. more

quickly and patiently 3/9/2011

This was our first experience with Mr. Rooter and it was a very good one. When we called for a quote, Daniel came by promptly, assessed the situation quickly and patiently answered all our questions. Upon returning to complete the labor, he was thorough. I am a minister, and as such, am somewhat prominent in the community. I've already given quite a bit of word-of-mouth advertising that I hope pays dividends on your part. more

Jamie was a great technician, very knowledgeable and friendly. Because of him I would recommend Mr. Rooter to my friends and family and ask for Jamie. He did a free home inspection and gave me some great advice. more

All personnel were cheerful, comfortable, informative and patient in answering all my questions. O make the ending even sweeter, Mr. Chris C. helped me out with one of our leaking toilets - it took him under five minutes to resolve the problem. He (Phillip) was great, very professional and treated my parents with respect and answered all their questions and explained it to them in a way that even they understood. I was not there when a tech named Mungi came, but from what I gathered he was the same, very respectful and helpful. more

fix it the same day 1/11/2011

I had a valve leak a few hours before having to go out of town, and Eugene was able to find the parts for my water meter and fix it the same day, allowing me not to have to move my travel arrangements. I sincerely appreciate his going the extra mile (literally, since he had to drive about 40 miles to pick up the part) to resolve the problem quickly. more

Your service technician Mike performed an outstanding job at my house today. Mike's expertise in the removal of some very difficult roots in my main drain pipe gave me a sense of great relief and peace of mind! I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. I am writing this comment because my family and I are really satisfied with the work of the technicians who came Monday Oct. 18th for an estimate on plumbing work on the house that we rent. They were very thourough and explained everything to us and the owner of the property. They maintained their composure even when dealing with an owner who at times gets pushy. more
