Jesse Alberio is a con artist who has scammed many people in our area including myself. I've done my research, he moves from state to state starting a business, taking deposits and money from people and not doing the work, and if he does do any work it is very shoddy. We hired this con artist to install a new boiler and tankless hot water system in our home. The tankless hot water unit failed less than 24 hours after install. Our contract indicated that the boiler would be a 95% efficient unit. The unit we received shows an energy guide rating of 83%. When we called him on it he blamed his employees saying they must have grabbed the wrong one and sent them over here to "assess the situation." I told the installer what the owner had said and he told me that he wasn't aware of any other kind of boiler being available and that this was the one ordered for our job. I called the owner back to find out what was going on and he yelled and cursed at me calling me a "spoiled brat" and telling me that he was no longer giving us any "deals". I spoke to several other boiler companies after this and found out that even his discounted "deal" price was about 30% higher than the regular retail cost of the work we had done. I now have my attorney looking into this and will end up having to pay more money to go after this guy plus have someone else service the shoddy equipment installed in my house. more
