Competent, Professional, Excellent 4/11/2015

I rarely write a review and am rarely impressed. Nick with Mr. Electric came to my house to help with a fairly complex generator hook up. The process involved tracing circuits from a previously installed "generator disconnect panel" by another electrician. Nick was able to isolate and rework our primary hook up. I could tell the way he solved the problems that he had a thorough understanding of electrical circuits and how to solve my problems. His solution for me was great and I now have the new generator working and the correct circuits attached. I was impressed with the way Nick was always professional and courteous to me. He answered all my questions with care and patience. This was a job well done. more

Steve B., Mr. Electric 3/27/2015

Steve is great. He did an emergency repair on our front porchlights timer the day before we left on a trip (thanks also to the dispatch staff for making that happen) and this week, he moved floodlights on the rear of the house to make the unit more accessible from the deck for changing bulbs. He also repaired two GFI circuits that he discovered had been improperly installed when the house was built. He's personable, professsional and the dog likes him too. more

Service review 3/25/2015

I contacted Mr. Electric on Tuesday to get an estimate for future installation of a generator. I received an immediate response and was given an appointment for Wednesday. The staff was very pleasant, professional and accommodating. I wanted additional service done and I was told that it would not be a problem and the electrician would provide me with the cost before the work was done. David Bennett was professional and very knowledgeable. I might add that he wore shoe covers. He was informative and I felt he was honest with the information provided. David gave the quote for the generator installation and changed out several GFCI devices in a timely manner. Great service and reasonably priced based on other contractors I've used. I trust David and Mr. Electric for all future electrical services. Thanks for a great service and a great experience. more

steven barber review 3/19/2015

my experience with Steve was most enjoyable! I called and he was at my house in 30 minutes. He very efficiently installed the ceiling fan -- he didn't mind observers -my wife and I - and answered all questions! The home survey that he did highlighted a weak spot in our household surge protection and his recommended installed unit was what we needed. On the way out he even helped my daughter get a big bag of dog food into her car. He's not just a service repair person - he's a now a family friend. more

I called Mr Electric and Jason M was the dispatched electrician. He was very professional and he listened to me regarding my electrical issue concerns. He provided me different solutions. A Good Experience 2/18/2015

I have only good things to say about every part of my experience with Mr. Electric. From my initial phone conversation to signing off on the job when completed, this company was professional, competent and reliable. The electrician, Blake, a delight to have in my home, removed defective track lighting and installed can lights in my kitchen and living room. He also upgraded an outlet and installed a surge protector on the breaker. His explanations were clear and his work outstanding. I am more than satisfied with the outcome of this project. Ice damage to electrical service at my house 2/17/2015

Power lines were down and GA Power busy with more important things. Jason arrived and took care of making sure that the work GA Power was doing was up to code; They were going to do the minimum to get by - he made sure it was done right. more

Jake knew his work well. He assembled a complex electrical piece without any rework. They are expensive compared to neighborhood electrician but the money was worth it more

Fast, Friendly and PROFESSIONAL!!! 1/26/2015

I called this morning for a quote on a job and had a technician at our home in less than 2 hours. The pricing was fair and competitive and Blake was very nice and professional. He did a great job and we would DEFINITELY recommend him for your next electrical project. Good service is hard to find but GREAT service is a rare gem! Blake has our trust and my husband was so happy to get a few projects off his Honey Do List :) more

Ashley with Mr Electric is AWESOME! I needed an outlet installed , called the company and not only were they fast to get there Ashley fixed my problem at a reasonable price and took it upon himself to do an inspection..Would absolutely recommend this company . more
