CAME OUT CHRISTMAS EVE. 12/30/2016

We had an electrical problem on Christmas Eve, Mr. Electric came out and made the dealership safe, and then came back out and fixed us on the 29th. Very good tech, very polite and clean. Thanks for the great service. more

Unexpected loss of power in three rooms 7/8/2016

The electrician, Jake Ertel, was courteous and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently to find what had caused the outage and to restore power. more

We had a fire this summer in the fusebox. Jassen did an excellent job of redoing all the electrical work, bringing a 1955 home up to code. He was very professional, friendly, explained everything in detail, very helpful in a time of crisis.We would strongly recommend him and Mr Electric to others. Mr Electric was at our home within 3 hours of the fire, when other vendors couldn't make until the next day. more

These comments should have been made three (3) months ago, but the card was misplaced until recently. After locating the card, I was compelled to make a comment because Jason was awesome!!! Jason M. was our Service Pro. Jason was very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable of his profession. more

Excellent, Trustworthy Service 10/12/2015

We are in the process of buying a home, selling our home and we also have a rental property to maintain. Christian has worked at the rental property as well as the home we are selling within the last month. We will have him come to address a few issues with the home we are buying after closing. I trust the advice he gives and know he only recommends work that needs to be done. He doesn't fix things that don't need fixing just to run up the bill. It's a great feeling to know because I do not always understand the particulars of electrical wiring so having an electrician I trust is key. The office staff is friendly and willing to help to make the appointment setting process easy. Would recommend Christian and Mr. Electric without hesitation. more

Christian Flynn, Tech # 1065 10/6/2015

First, I appreciate the fact that Mr. Electric was able to get technician to my house the day I called (Monday). Another service would have me wait a day before they could come out. I had a partial outage in half of my house. Mr. Flynn explained the cost for services required and answered all my questions. He made a couple suggestions to bring my home up to the current codes and I agreed they needed to be done. I am very satisfied with the work and service Mr. Flynn has done. I would recommend him and Mr. Electric to my friends. more

The technician who came to our house, Christian F., was very pleasant, professional and efficient. He quickly assessed and determined the problem and completed the repairs. He also offered a home diagnostic where he inspected our home for any other electrical issues that, until now, may have gone undetected. Overall, this was a great experience from a reliable company that hires thorough technicians. more

Mr Electric of Atlanta 7/9/2015

Mr Electric emailed about an hour after I contacted them. They sent a picture & qualifications of Steve Barber who came out later that day. My power and cable was cutting on & off for days. Comcast came first and said the spliter for cable service had been hit by lightning but no answer for power problem. I contacted Mr Electric because of Trust Dale.com and they sent a pix and qualifications of Steve Barber. Steve spent some time evaluating. He could have said I had some bad breakers in panel and replaced some. But he didn't. He built my trust in his company and himself right then. While Steve was here the power started flickering and cutting off. He said "that is called "powering down" and means either your meter is bad or problem from the street. Call the power company & tell them". I asked Steve to repeat the info on a "Residential Surge Protective Device" He offered a discount & I purchased one. I appreciated Steve's confident, friendly manner & recommended Steve & Mr Electric of Atlanta to my family, friends & neighbors. My search for competent technicians is accomplished. more

Jassen was professional, friendly, answered all questions calmly and clearly. We had a fire in the fuse box, required a lot of dirty work, in a smoke odor environment, he worked diligently, only took breaks for lunch and additional equipment needs over 3 days. We were very impressed, and would highly recommend him as the best. Also Mr Electric got to us at Noon the day of the fire at 8AM, vs other recommendations that couldn't get to us until the following day. more

Electrical Service Call 4/21/2015

The electrician, Steve Barber, was on time, very professional and friendly. He came to repair a circuit breaker trip with our hot tub. He found the problem straight away and fixed it. I would definitely use Mr Electric and specifically, Steve, again. more
