I experienced a great services. He sets the customer's benefits as first priority. I thought that my windows blinds track need to be replaced. But he helped me to repair instead of replacement, thus saved me a lot money. He does not charge us for small repair, He is an angel to help people. more

I'm NEVER going to use this blinds company again they are TERRIBLE. If you want quality friendly service I would recommend Gator Custom Blinds whom I finally went with for Faux wood. Their so nice and very fast & friendly. Never use Mr. Blinds. If you do you will also be one "UNHAPPY" customer! more

Worst blinds company in gainesville! Shootty work, bad sales practices and all-around bad experiense. 8/1/2007

I ordered '2 faux wood blinds and plantation shutters for my home in Hale Plantation (gainesville, Fl.) The work wa sub-par and the sale person/owner, Edgar Uzcategui, was rude and didnt seem to know what he was doing. Mr. Blinds took a 50% deposit from me and then I waited 3 months before recieving my order, which was installed wrong, at which time I was refused a refund and told "its my problem now". I strongly recomend going elsewhere for window treatments in Gainesville, Fl. Pros: none Cons: sales, service, installation more
