First of all, I picked Moving by Design out of the Yellow Pages. I spoke to several companies before deciding on who to use. Moving by Design were the nicest people to talk to over the phone. Even the way they answered "hello" was totally different than anyone else I'd talked to. They did exactly what I asked them to do, they didn't bump my furniture and they didn't mind taking a few extra bags for me and didn't charge an arm and a leg. I hope I don't have to move again, but if I do, they're the ones I'll call. And if anyone I know is moving, I'll pass along their information. This is a great company! more

I found Moving by Design online, and hired them based on their customer reviews. I gave them a detailed list of what I needed moved, and they quoted me a price for 4.25 hours of work. They were right on--the job took exactly that. The Moving by Design crew was very friendly, and worked so hard to get the job done on time. They got to moving very fast at the end so as not to exceed my budget. And though they moved quickly, in the end they delivered everything undamaged. I suggest that anyone in the are looking for movers absolutely use them. They will show up on time, work hard, and are very polite and friendly. Plus, they are very fair on their prices. I had a good experience with Moving by Design. They showed up on time, and were very quick boxing everything up and getting me moved out. This was an across-town move, and my first time using them. I found them on the internet. The movers were very courteous and professional, and there was no damage to any of my possessions. more

Moving by Design was real good and real quick. Whatever we wanted, whatever we asked, they did it all. I haven't had time to get back with them about some screws that went missing. When we moved, they left a mirror that screwed into a dresser behind. When I went back to get it and put it in my car, there were no screws. I also need to figure out how to move the box spring as that wasn't moved either. I've got plenty of time to figure that out though. I am so GLAD that I chose Moving By Design as our mover. I have researched online before making a decision and I have read so many horro stories. I have also got so many phonecalls from different movers and finally after talking to Tim, I decided to go with him. Tim gave me a quote and the actual total I paid was less than that. The movers came on time and they finished everything in less than the time Tim quoted me. There wasn't a minute that was wasted and the guys were very pleasant to work with. After they left, I immediately called Tim to tell him what a wonderful job his guys did and I would tell our people about his company. This was how happy I was with their service and if I ever move again in the future, this is the only one company I will ever hire...their phone number is on my phonebook now.
