Please avoid this company. Over charged. Although the cost of the truck never change. They do not charge you by weight. However they get you with charging for supplies they do not use such as plastic wrap and tape. I was afraid of this ahead of time so I purchase supplies. Not only did they use my supplies but charged me for supplies! Overcharged me for workers time. I was charged for supplies that were not used, hours that were not worked and I had items stolen. more

In December, 2008, this company was recommended by a local Chattanooga piano mover (who did a great job moving our baby grand). The deal was made and my wife and I did 90% of the packing with the materials delivered by Hood Capley, owner. The load-out went well enough, then trouble. The truck was to arrive at our new home in Nashville at 8a but did not show up until after noon. When it did, the first thing noticed was the strong smell of alcohol on 2 of the 3 crew members. I reported this to Shannon at the company who apologized and offered to send another crew. The other crew never showed and we had to get our goods into the house. I had a talk with the crew and tried to oversee the move as best I could. I failed in that effort and the rest is a nightmare. Cons: Late, damaged goods, no compensation more
