Great service 11/8/2010

I ordered Rock of Ages: The Definitive Collection CD Boxset from www dot moviemars dot com on Oct. 31st, which was a Sunday. They shipped it the next day and emailed me Nov. 2nd. I received it that week. They didn't charge for shipping. You can't ask for a better transaction. more

Great selection! Great prices! 11/8/2010

I was recently looking for a DVD for my kids that I could not find in stores. I was able to find it at Movie Mars and the prices were unbeatable! I received the DVD in about a week, which wasn't super fast, but not that slow either. Shipping was free, which is another perk! I will definitely look there again next time I am shopping for DVDs. more

i love movie mars because of the amazing prices, but oh! how i hate that 5 day wait until someone there notices that you placed an order and laughs at the idea of doing their job in a timely manner before finally getting around to putting your order together and then having a giggle at the idea that someone thought that they might be able to do a simple job like shipping before finally sending it through the mail. i mean seriously, the prices are unbeatable, but the amount of time it takes them to get your order in the mail might just cause you to think that they lost your order and kept your money. by the time you finally get that ""your order has shipped"" email, you might be on the road driving over to them to punch someone in the face, so, by all means, take advantage of their great prices but make sure you have plenty of prozac handy to get you through the inexcusable amount of time it will take before your order ships. more

My experience with MovieMars was great! The customer service department is wonderful to work with when you have any questions or problems with your order. I have been wanting to get Hope Floats Soundtrack CD for the longest time and when I came across MovieMars website they had the CD I wanted and it was very inexpensive and the shipping was Free!! No other websites I found had that, so you can't go wrong!! The next time I need a DVD or CD I'd rather go through MovieMars instead of the other websites I usually buy from!! more

My transaction could not have gone smoother! Found the CD I wanted at Movie Mars...and it was not available at local retailers. The CD was not easy to find...but Movie Mars had it and it was available. The price was even less than other online retailers.They made the transaction so easy. Movie Mars has wonderful customer service =) 9/2/2010

I recently (8/14/10) placed an order for several fitness dvd's from moviemarsdotcom. My shipment arrived in a timely manner - in fact, an order I placed with another discount merchant the same day has yet to arrive! Customer service was also easy to reach when as issue arose (new sealed dvd case without a dvd in it - sometimes this happens, not the sellers fault), and they were quick to process a replacement which arrived less than a week later. I would definitely recommend this vendor - I have purchased from them in the past through Amazon and always received outstanding and timely service, and recently discovered that the prices are even better on their direct website, since shipping is free! I saved a little over $30 on an order of five dvd's, versus purchasing them elsewhere. I've got them bookmarked in my favorites. =) more

Better Business Bureau Rating: F. A very bad experience. 8/22/2010

If I had known Movie Mars has an ""F"" rating from the Better Business Bureau, I would NEVER have purchased from them. They debited my bank card the day after I placed my order and then claimed they never had. Hence, I could not get a refund! After waiting all week for the order to process, I then had oodles of trouble trying to cancel the order. Their claim that they have items in their warehouse is dubious. Some of those really low prices may be for items never in stock. BEWARE! Don't shop here just to save a few bucks. It's not worth it--just plenty of headaches! more

Bad experience 6/23/2010

The item was advertised to be in stock, while in fact it's not. Proposed to wait several days or several weeks for the expedite delivery already paid (?! ). The recent negative responses (see below) are very convincing and in line what I already met: this company just grabs your money and does not worry about the delivery. Beware ! Rip-off. Do not believe those positive responses. Pros: Nothing Cons: Too much to enumerate - everything. more

Excellent company! 6/16/2010

Movie mars is such a good company! I have been ordering from them for years! My family LOVES movies and music and I love giving them gifts so I always pick them first when ordering from Amazon. Their prices are ALWAYS the lowest , and shipping is always fast. I have had only one or two lost orders (of MANY orders, thats pretty good) one they refunded because I no longer needed it anyways, and the other they reshipped it I got it a couple days after that! Their customer is always willing to work with me. I just dont understand why everyone is so negative towards them. Changes are the customer messed up somewhere and just cant admit it. Anyways, I am happy to be a repeat customer of theirs and I would highly recomment them to anyone! more

Movie mars is a great seller. I place an order with them a few weeks ago and got it so fast. They have excellent feedback on ebay! the order came in a padded envelope and undamaged. I first had to ask about the item i wanted to order and their customer service called me back in less than 15 minutes. I find all the negative reviews interesting because i had a great experience, as did my friends whom i recommended them to! Pros: beller seller on ebay! more

GREAT SELLER!!! 6/16/2010

MovieMars is a great internet retailer. I've order from them many, many times and the one time I had a problem, they offered a prepaid shipping label to return the broken movie and shipped me a replacement. You can tell they sell alot of stuff by how many listing they got on ebay and all the feedback too so yeah, sometimes crap happens and if your order gets lost in the mail, it's not the company's fault - duh! I called MovieMars customer service and asked them what happens if my DVD gets lost and they said they ship out a new at no charge, they just ask the customer to wait like,20 days first in case it shows up. That seems reasonable to me. I know other people who buy from them and they haven't had any issues either. The ffedback on ebay and amazon are all real, I'm a seller too and I know you can't fake that stuff. The people writing the previous reviews are probably just hard to please and expect everything to be perfect all the time. I called the NC attorney general and they said the company is NOT under investigation. Pros: Fast shipping, very fair, great customer service Cons: none! more

I see the thiefs are still stealing 5/13/2010

I ordered a DVD from these thiefs back in 2007. After not receiving my DVD and a broken promise of reshipment, even after sending 10 emails to their customer service. I never ever got my damn DVD! \r \r Now reading other peoples comments about pirated DVD's being sent directly from China, this is probably possible since Customs on my side would have seized anything thats pirated. \r \r I think they have built up several lifetimes of bad karma credits! \r \r Best advice, Save your money and go to a reputable seller Pros: Take your money Cons: Never get your product more
