This is a tough review in that it started out with some miscommunication. I didn't schedule their visit, a friend did. My issue is that they charged $65 to show up and and around another $90 for labor, plus parts. They don't charge an hourly labor rate. If they take 1/ 2 hour or 4 hours to fix your appliance, you pay the same $65 + $90. Might be a good deal if its a tough job that takes a couple of hours.\r

An therein lies the rub. I paid $155 in service charge and labor to replace a $30 fuse. Call me old fashioned but I believe the charge should approximate the work performed. \r

Had I been the one to call them and they told me their flat rate labor charge I would've passed and called someone else. To their credit, they did fix it and I paid the bill.\r

If you're OK with paying them around $150 plus parts to fix your appliance then I cant complain about their work. Just be aware of the cost of entry.
