I felt comfortable and in good hands while having procedures done at Dr. Levine's office. I was very pleased with my results and I felt I had a good and friendly rapport with all of the staff and Dr. Levine. I have been to Dr. Levine's office on numerous occasions and will continue to do so. I travel a great distance to have my cosmetic and dermatology needs taken care of by Dr. Levine and his office staff. more

Very very, very dissatisfied would not recommend!!!\r \r Was referred by a reputable friend who had the same bad fraudulent BILLING experience. Aafter paying for the service up front, paying my insurance copayment, I was still balanced billed almost 500 dollars.\r Procedure was ok, a bit of an attitude by the staff who just happened to loose my ""paid in cash"" $275. receipt.\r In addition to billing my insurance company, I was billed $487. for a $300. procedure.\r This seem to be Standard Operating Procedure. I was very pleased with Dr. Levine. I don't like going to doctors often because of their bedside manners, but he made me feel totally comfortable. I would definitely recommend him! more

I was referred to Dr. Levine by several patients. I have an 8 yr old daughter. Dr. Levine was extremely professional. He took the time to answer all my questions about my daughter's skin condition and issues. He also answered all my questions about Botox and fillers. I had Dr. Levine do my fillers and Botox. I'm extremely happy with the results. more

The receptionist is very friendly and the office is very inviting. That is the one, lonesome star. Dr. Levine was so incredible laxidasical. I sat there basically prescribing myself. I wanted to go in an find answers and get some help with my skin that was breaking out. I am 25 and do not have even close to bad acne, just a flare up, and he actually recommended accutane. Are you kidding me? That is the VERY last resort people with very bad acne problems go to. I left thinking the whole visit was a total joke. It was as though he just wanted to sell products they carried in the office. I would never recommend this practice. My skin has not even ANY better by the way, and it's been over 2 weeks. more

I came to Dr. Levine for questions and to inquire about cosmetic procedures. He and his staff were very professional and easy to talk to. I ended up scheduling my cosmetic surgery that day! I loved how clean, nice and organized the office is. Everyone who greeted me had a smile on their face! :) I am coming back and telling everyone I know about this place!!! more

But Dr. Levine is not one of them. I too had a similar experience as the posting below. On first appointment Dr. Levine spent about 10 minutes with me and made me feel like I was an inconvenience when I asked him to remove a benign lesion. Then I found out that for the same bill he could have removed up to 14 lesions for the same charge. He also misdiagnosed melanoma on me! I'm not lying either! MELANOMA! Give me a break. more

Don't waste your time with this guy. I gave Dr. Levine two chances and both experiences were very unpleasant. I arrived on time (or slightly early) for both appointments. Yet, both times, I sat in the waiting room for 30-45 minutes, then I waited another 10-20 minutes in the examination room. That's 40-65 minutes of waiting before I even saw the guy. He breezed into the room, totally unapologetic, spent no more than 3 minutes with me, and tried to get me to come back for 3 separate appointments to finish an uncomfortable procedure that should be handled in 1 visit. I have my suspicions for why he'd do that, but I'm not willing to find out. As if that weren't bad enough, the nurse I had both times was rude and dismissive and totally lacking any bedside manner. I'll never go back. I'm not the type to go to the trouble of giving a review, good or bad, but Dr. L is so bad that I felt obligated to do so. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else. more

I had tried many over the counter medications and saw several doctors who gave me prescription creams and antibiotics over several years and nothing would clear my acne until I saw Dr. Levine and had Clearlight treatments done. more

I have never before seen a doctor who demonstrated such an interest in my well being. Dr. Levine and his staff were very helpful and always made themselves available when I had a question or needed some follow up. Despite a stubborn condition that 2 other doctors could not diagnose - Dr. Levine's diagnosis identified the problem right away and I started getting results immediately. I recommended Dr. Levine to others and they told me that they were very satisfied with his services. I wish my other health care providers showed the same interest that Dr. Levine did. more

My children and I have been patients of Dr. Levine for ten years. I first came to him for cosmetic treatments. And my skin has never looked better! He is up-to-date on the latest treatments and suggests options to me that are affordable and non-invasive. I then brought my children to see him because of his gentle manner and thoroughness. He is a wonderful doctor with a wonderful, compassionate staff. We highly recommend Dr. Levine and his staff at Mountain View Dermatology.
