Jeff, my first experience with your service department yesterday was amazingly pleasant. I was gratified by everyone's efficiency and friendliness. The waiting area was relatively quiet, comfortable, and well appointed, and the rest rooms are the cleanest public facilities I've ever seen anywhere. I don't usually write kudos like this, but your company is exceptional. more

The service was great. The Service team, from start to finish, were very informative when it came to the condition of my vehicle and recommendations for future services. The group were very cordial on answering my questions with little sales pressure on un-necessary work. more

I have never been more impressed with customer service anywhere than I was with your dealership yesterday!!! I underestimated the scope of work needed to take care of the recall, and Victor helped me out with a time issue and ordered me a rental car for a few hours. Hands down, you have cornered the market on taking care of your customers. Thanks more
