This dealership provides the best customer service I've ever experienced at dealerships. It's always a pleasure working with Mike Hashman and the shuttle employees, in particular.

I called them once to inquire about the ability to order an FJ cruiser set up the way I wanted one, they informed me that you essentially never could, we conversed for a few minut...

Poor Service Department 11/28/2011

I purchased a new car from Mountain States Toyota. I had a great purchasing experience and would definitely recommend this Toyota to friends and family. As for Service -- this is an entirely different matter. The service reps are friendly, but are not very knowledgeable. When I take my car in for an oil change (something simple enough that should only take 45min, max) it takes them 2 hours to complete. This happens when I make an appointment and let them know that I will be waiting. Go to a different Toyota. more

Hello- its 2011 change your pathetic marketing strategy. A review story: I went without my husband to purchase MY new truck. After checking out the 4 runner and asking for a test drive the salesperson asked ""does your husband trust you"". Well, I am buying the vehicle. After filling the 4runner up with gas because it is well past empty and taking a test drive I ask what their best price offer is. He points to the sticker and says that's it. I make my offer. He goes to his manager and after about 15 min comes back with sticker plus fees! Then shows me kid pictures (like I care). I phone my husband and we decide since they will not negotiate I should leave. Well apparently they will. Shocking! I tell them to phone my husband and I leave. They drop ALL fees for him and knock 1000k off the price. Yes anyone who pays the $499 dealer fee is a chump! Because its already in the sticker. I hope you 5 star rating people didn't pay this fee. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. more

The internet information was accurate and complete. When I called the telephone number on the internet I was given complete information about the vehicle and the price I would pay for it. When I went to the dealership the vehicle was ready for me to drive and the salesman gave me the same price i was quoted. The price was the best I had received more

I like the way that the Staff, specifically Mike Hashman, made sure that I understand what is wrong & what is working well & not needing any repairs. I thank Fred Karford for honoring the coupons I had, Chuck is the best advertisement for the company = he is fiercely proud of the company & the service you provide. I thank Victor for telling me how to save & avail of the shuttle service. The pancakes sure are a big help esp when I have to rush to your establishment early in the morning so as not to be late for work. The on-line service appointment scheduling is truly convenient. more

I am giving them five stars as a dealership to purchase from, because they got me approved with a financing deal that no one else could manage to put together. Boulder Toyota tried to sell me a horrible financing deal, and I just trust Mountain States so much more now. more

I have always gotten excellent service for my Toyota vehicles at Mountain States, and the maintenance service has been no exception to that rule! The folks that answer the phone to make the appointment are courteous & efficient, and Mike has always handled my questions about my Prius and all my service needs excellently! I have had great experiences with the Mountain States service center. Keep up the good work! :) more

we did test drive one there, it was SWEET! 3/11/2011

In this particular car purchasing experience, we talked with 4 other dealers including Valley Nissan Subaru, Frontier Honda, Mile High Honda and Boulder Toyota. Mountain States came out shining on top for customer service, quick response, huge inventory and no-haggle pricing. They want to sell all their cars on the lot within 60 days, and I guess we got lucky finding a car that was close to its 60-day stay there. It helped that we shopped around, and we knew what our trade-in was worth. We will go to back to Mountain States when we are ready to buy a Prius, and we did test drive one there, it was SWEET! more

everyone I talked to was very nice 3/8/2011

I was just in for service - but everyone I talked to was very nice. I talked to a salesperson in the showroom for a few minutes (I think his name was Robert) and he was very nice, very knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. more

I visited Mountain States Toyota for service 3/1/2011

I visited Mountain States Toyota for service, and I was pleasantly surprised. I needed an oil change and the guy I talked to was very diligent. He looked over my car carefully, asked me lots of questions, and when he found out I was going to be waiting for them to finish he started hustling. more

They gave me a rate quite a bit less than what I had arrange 2/24/2011

When I went into the dealership, I had my own financing, but I asked about theirs. They gave me a rate quite a bit less than what I had arranged. Through the final closing of the deal, they lowered my interest rate a bit more. If you have excellent credit, you CAN negotiate this. All the way through this process, the Mountain States internet and sales staff were the most responsive of all of the dealerships, and they actually wanted to work with me. more

have now become proud Toyota owners 2/15/2011

We traded in our old 2001 Honda CR-V and have now become proud Toyota owners. We got the best deal we could find on a certified pre-owned 2009 Rav4 from these guys. Mountain States was so nice on the phone, and they got me approved for Toyota financing with some great terms for a person with borderline credit. I highly recommend working with Matt Lind in Internet Sales as a start. more
