A Great Hike up Mount Hollywood -- this is a great hike up and around the hills where the hollywood sign is. You'll find panoramic views of Hoollywood, thhe Valley and Downtown LA. Be sure to bring water, because parts of the hike is up relatively steep hills, so this isn't really a leisurely walk in the park, but it's not that bad if you have water. Watch out for snakes too. We saw a garter snake, but it's the rattlesnakes you have to be aware of. This is a great trek to take before stopping at the griffith observatory at the entrance to the park. On weekends, park in the first spot you find!
