Mark and his team went above and beyond, displaying a sincere dedication to not only fixing my car, but maintaining high standards of safety and preservation. I tell the story of my RV's disc calipers freezing 100 feet from is business at 6:30PM! After troubleshooting the issues he ordered hard to get parts (1978 Dodge Sportsman) and then spending the night while Mark located STEEL calipers, REAL cotter pins and in a bucket found REAL keepers, new brake hoses, pads, rotors turned later, and now this baby stops on a dime and straight as an arrow. more

Outstanding auto repair 4/11/2008

Motor Masters does excellent diagnostic and repair work. I have had both routine and custom work done at this shop, including some rare, difficult to obtain parts and specifications. Mark will provide reliable estimates (coming in below as often as not but always well below the dealer). He will also check-in with updates in the event something else arises while the vehicle is racked or disassembled, give alternatives and if the work exceeds the customer's expectations, break it down so that safety measures come first. You will then get a detailed printout of remaining work to be done and it can be prioritized to fit the vehicle needs with your budget. All work is done with professional precision and attention to detail as well as cost. more
