Prices are high, service is more than willing to get you in, but they won't give you any idea of a price. If repair falls under Yam Ext Service Plan, you pay a diagnostic fee, but...

Most of the people in parts are helpful. I had an old Ducati and the two guys, (names I can't remember) who have ducks are just great. One is the parts manager, I think. Both are heavily tattooed. I can't really speak for sales or service. more

I really appreciate the high level care and attention to detail that Ben Hoeschen and the tech crew at MotoPrimo have exhibited during each of my 6-7 service visits since October 2008. Ben is always willing to explain the details of a requested or scheduled service, and has also made himself available to answer many, many newbie motorcyclist questions from me. He has also gone beyond the call of duty to offer very valuable advice on fitment and accessories to ensure that my 2008 Triumph Bonneville T-100 "fit" me to a T. I will not take my Bonnie anyplace else for service and will plan to make my future motorcycle purchases at MotoPrimo due largely to the excellent service I receive there. It was a good experience. The salesman we spoke with was respectfull and answered all of our questions. We came hoping to test drive a new triumph and my wife and I were each able to do that. Unfortunately the boots I ordered were supposed to come in a couple of days but it took almost a month to recieve from Icon. I ended up just cancelling the order, but your staff was very friendly, helpful and I was fully refunded with no hassle. more

Jim Maslyn, I just wanted to say thank you, for the great staff in the Service Department. I recently had my Triumph Rocket 3 into your facility for some repairs and received outstanding service from your entire service staff. My relatively new Rocket required some repair being done under warranty for a second gear problem. I unfortunately did not purchase my Triumph from Motoprimo and was concerned about getting it serviced. Your staff had no problems taking care of my bike. Not only did they do a first class job, [Thanks to Bob, a real class technician.] but was done quickly and correctly the first time. My other Triumph dealer experience was nothing but negative. I am real impressed with my experience at Motoprimo. In my position for AAA, I oversee the automotive repair network in Minnesota, so believe me I know quality when I see it.
