high level care and attention 9/2/2010

I really appreciate the high level care and attention to detail that Ben Hoeschen and the tech crew at MotoPrimo have exhibited during each of my 6-7 service visits since October 2008. Ben is always willing to explain the details of a requested or scheduled service, and has also made himself available to answer many, many newbie motorcyclist questions from me. He has also gone beyond the call of duty to offer very valuable advice on fitment and accessories to ensure that my 2008 Triumph Bonneville T-100 "fit" me to a T. I will not take my Bonnie anyplace else for service and will plan to make my future motorcycle purchases at MotoPrimo due largely to the excellent service I receive there. I have also recommended MotoPrimo to my friends for service. more

Tom was a great help. He was willing to answer my questions, and work with me on a number of questions I had. The business manager who’s name I don’t remember was very patient and was very helpful as well. I love the bike. Yesterday I went out to top off the tank with gas, and ended up at a gas station in New Prague. I suspect I’m going to hit the 500 mile service sooner rather than later. I love shopping at your store 7/28/2010

Both parts and service are very friendly and knowledgable. I would be lost without Zach! My biggest complaint is that talking to parts takes so long. Either it is standing in line or waiting for someone who knows the answer. Overall, I love shopping at your store. Best Triumph dealer. more

the customer service is second to none 6/29/2010

Everytime I'm at MotoPrimo, the customer service is second to none. Whenever I enter the front door, the receptionist is always gracious and the parts dept. is very knowledgeable and helpful. MotoPrimo is my first stop for motorcycle parts and accessories, the food is a plus too! more

Ben does a great job. He has gone beyond my expectation when I ask maintenance questions. I would be interested in some Ducati classes, if you'd ever consider offering them. Things like basic mainteance, suspension tuning, bike setup, riding (performance and safety). - Jurlin more
