My experience @ Moss will not be forgetful because Ed Duque took care of my whole family. He is very knowlegeable; he has lots of expertise; well experience; good customer contact; takes care of his customer well; lots of smiles; he will really work with you to close a deal and he does not push his customer to buy a vehicle. We love going to Moss Brothers because we purchased our first truck @ Moss. Keep up the outstanding customer service and I can't wait to bring you a new customer soon. more

The guys here are willing to work hard to get you into a car that you want. They will also work with you when it comes to putting in a down payment. They are very flexible and the salesman I had was straight up about everything. All around a great car dealership to do business with. more

We had a great experience when we went to this location to shop for our new car. Our first oprtion was to buy a new Toyota Camry 2013. Me and my wife changed our plan and I test drove a RAV4 and I felt comfortable. Not only that, we felt comfortable with the excellent help of Kevin Zilly. After our test drive, we met one of your good Managers, Jun Miclat. It was as if we were in our home just talking to a very best friend. I salute Jun and Kevin on their excellent treatment to their customers. More power to Moss Bros. Toyota Scion... They have a great employees like Jun and Kevin. more

I have owned Camrys since 1989 and in 2005, I bought a Matrix and I truly enjoyed my little car. My drive to work is 50 miles one way and I have either sold or traded in my Toyotas at or around three hundred thousand miles so there was not a doubt in my mind on what to purchase as to my next car. My experience at Moss Bros. Toyota was awesome! I was preapproved for a loan, but the sales representive reminded me of the zero percent interest special. I qualified and bought my third Camry which is actually my fourth Toyota purchase. The Sales Representative and Loan Officer were extremely professional and patient. I came in thinking that I knew exactly what I wanted and the sales rep was very helpful in explaining my options before I made a decision on changing to a different Camry model. The Loan officer was also helpful in that he thoroughly explained my loan contract and the warranty packages that were most suitable for my lifestyle. Thank you Moss Bros. for hiring knowledgeable, professional and qualified individuals. I am very pleased with my new car and look forward to future purchases. more

Never have I had such great customer care from Rudy, the sales rep. He was genuine and cared for our interests. He was a great salesman and now our friend. Javier went out of his way to find me the car I wanted, color, model, and equipped with everything. He was personable and professional. I really enjoyed the experience. We read the Press Enterprise and see a lot of car ads for “only one car at this price.” In this case, it was “five cars at this price.” When we got to Moss Bros. Toyota of Moreno Valley they actually had the cars as advertised and we bought one! more

The staff met me immediately upon arrival, gave me a decent selection to choose from, and in a matter of minutes found a car within my financial means and mileage. I was greeted by Ramon Barragan when I arrived on the lot, and he set the tone for what ended up being a pleasant and, I dare say, delightful experience. Ramon claimed he had not had an official class about the features of the Prius PHV, yet he was able to research and answer all of my questions promptly, as well as explain many features that I did not know even existed. I found myself getting even more excited about becoming the owner of this unbelievable car. Ramon transitioned me smoothly to Mike, and by the time I was signing the papers, I realized I was still anticipating a hassle that never materialized. Yes, that's right. I bought a car and it wasn't a huge pain in the neck, and it didn't eat up my entire day. I love love love my new Prius PHV, and I'm glad my relationship started in such a positive way. It was a lot of fun. We took our 3 year old son with us because we were looking for a family car. The whole staff was kid friendly. Once we made a decision on the car we wanted the financial process was quick and painless. We didn't even have to put a lot of money down for the payments we wanted. I really liked how everyone worked with us. more
