i've had bad experiences every time i've gone here. since shoe repair stores are lacking in this city its hard to find one, let alone a good one. every time you go you are charged something different for a heel. i've noticed the heels also wear down at a rapid rate. the metal is visible under the heel after one walk in them, which i've decided is morris' way of getting you to come back in for another. the place stinks like cigarette smoke and when not done to your liking you get an argument rather than what would be a simple fix anywhere else. horrible customer service skills behind that counter. i would recommend not wasting your time, your money or risking your shoes being ruined because it happened to me and i only write this so no one else has to experience the same thing.
