Please reconsider if your plan to use, or have used, Moon Accouting Services. This firm filed my 2012 Federal and State returns. 3 weeks after the filing, I received a letter from the state stating that I owed $42 in taxes, when Moon had submtted the return, and informed me, that I would be receiving a $1200 refund. Moon was very unapolagetic about the whole situation and refused to refund even a portion of the fee I had paid them. We have accountants file our taxes to avoid letters from the various revenue collection agenceis. Moon wasn't even close on my return for the state. Is a letter from the IRS far behind. more

Unhappy with responsiveness and info given 2/21/2006

We didn't care for Michelle's billing. It was too general (and we felt a tad padded). We had to request information three times before we finally got an answer elsewhere. She never responded when we emailed her regarding our frustration at the lack of responsiveness and our frustration. I don't think she needs business. Pros: good parking, nice staff Cons: untimely answers, billing not detailed, conflicting answers more
