This location is so much better with the newer staff. I used to go here becasue I lived in Richardson and it was convenient; I moved in the past 6 months and I go because I actually like the experience. Thank you for the shifts you madein staff; they were the right moves to make! more

Very Frustrated With Process 3/30/2010

I'm very frustrated with Monarch. The ortho team only comes to this location twice a month I just learned. So, since I didn't get an appointment after my last visit, I will have to wait another month to have the wires to my braces changed out. Not sure I should go 2 months before changing wires. Will this increase the amount of time I'm supposed to wear them? I really hope not. VERY FRUSTRATED. Cons: Failed to get follow up appointment... more

WORST WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD 11/9/2009

wAITED 3 TO 4 HRS JUST FOR GENERAL VISIT. AND AFTER LONG WAITING TIME HAD AN X-RAY FOR 15 MIN AND STARTED WAITING TIME TO SEE THE DOCTOR 30 MINS AGAIN WAITED. THEN THE DOCTORS COMES AND SEE JUST FOR 2 MINS ANS SAYS I HAVE COME AGAIN FOR COMPLETE CHECKUP. THAT'S ALL THERE IS NO TIME FOR THE DOCTOR FOR THE PATINETS QUESTION FOR THE NEED MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. AND AGAIN THE AT THE COUNTER TO PAY THE FEE WAITING AGAIN........... FOR THIS CHAGERS ARE TOOOOO MUCH. I THINK THEY ARE REAL ROBERS I NEVER SEEN IN MY LIFE I TOLD ALL MY FRENDS NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICES. Terrible 11/3/2009

Please do not go use them as your dentist. The dentist gave me an inlay that I did not need and then cracked my tooth. I had to go to another dentist to get it all fixed and it has cost me a fortune. They also said they gave me a porcelain inlay, but my new dentist said it was just resin. Basically, that is the Monarch way. Pros: There are not any pros Cons: They will take your money and cause you pain more

Should have taken the reviews seriously 10/19/2009

I made a reservation with them on a Friday for my husband who was in pain from a cracked moler. The appointment was for the following Monday at 330pm. At 130pm, they called my husband and told him they were cancelling his appointment because Dr. Green had other things to do and was walking out the door. This is an unacceptable way to treat someone and they will do it to anyone, apparently. We will never use Monarch Dental or dr green. Take heed. Cons: Doesn't care if you are in pain more

HORRIBLE 7/7/2008

Simple description of this office is rip off rip off they over charge by not hundreds but thousands, they tell you your in for two fills which wll cost 230.00 and leave with 4 crowns which add up to 4235.00 then when questioned why my husband who had the same work done there paid a lot less they made they adjustment quickly.....if I would not have know better I would of over paid for no additional services....sickening theres many cases similar to mine too bad I didn't fully do my research before my husband and I decideed to go there pls pls be very careful with Monarch dental after these I will never ever go there again SICKEN by their service.....pls do read the have many flaws within their enviroment!!!!! Pros: none Cons: everything you can possibly think of more
