Moms Maids and More

I am continueously blown away by the level of prefessionalism. These women know more about the dresses and designers than other salons, in my experience. When asking the difference between a few different fabrics I found online, I received an on the spot decription that made my search easier while other salons offered to find out and call me back. When I requested swatches, I received them in two days. Erin and the others have been amazing. They keep an easily accessible file of all of my dress selections, and I have a lot; a different dress for each bridesmaid. And although my order may be complicated, they have never made me feel that way. Every time I bring another bridesmaid in to try on dresses, they are personable, friendly, caring and knowledgable! I would reccommend Moms Maids and More to anyone looking to enjoy their wedding experience. I have taken a quick trip to the salon and I have made a day out of it filled with a post try on Bellevue lunch. I was also impressed with how the ladies interracted with my son. Not only did they have giant legos for my 3 year old, but they also talked with him playfully- adding to the whole experience. I wouldn't advise bringing children (since the little ones tend to draw out the process and make trying on dresses a little more stressful) but if you have to, you will be taken care of. If you don't visit Moms, Maids and More to help you find the perfect bridesmaid and flower girl dresses, you're missing out. Owner Erin and her staff were WONDERFUL to work with and they have the biggest and best selection in Western WA. Their convenient location near Bellevue Square made it easy to stop by while running other errands in/around Bell Square, and it was always worth the trip. For a bride juggling an endless wedding to-do list, MM&M made it so easy to find, select and order dresses for my bridesmaids and flower girl. Both ladies that assisted me during my experience here were incredibly helpful and friendly and really knew what they were talking about. The dress I got is beautiful and was much less expensive than I believe it's worth. It fits perfectly and did not even require alterations. The ladies were able to not only answer every question I had, but help me find every product I needed (tattoo cover kit, new shoes, ect). Both times I have gone I've left in a great mood with my stress about the coming event eliminated. Pros: Everything was perfect Cons: None! more

Just had to write after the consultants here were kind enough to help me with measurements and bridesmaid gown selection on a very busy Saturday. They knew I had to order from a different shop but they still took time to help me select the right dress and get measured. Much better experience than I had at Brides by Demetrios. Fantastic selection - really no need to go anywhere else. On top of that, they have an EXTREMELY friendly and helpful staff. The first time I went was on a weekend, and I didn't have an appointment. Despite how busy they were, their staff was really helpful (definitely recommend an appointment on the weekend, though - this place gets busy!) Once I decided to order my bridesmaids' gowns from them, their staff helped keep me organized with my out-of-town bridesmaids, which was SO GREAT. This store has a fantastic selection! I accompanied my daughter and her six bridesmaids for their dress shopping and all of us came away extremely happy. Not only did the bridesmaids find a dress that they would all gladly wear at the wedding, and at any subsequent party event, but I found the perfect mother-of-the-bride dress for me! I consider myself a classy mom and was so relieved to find a dress that perfectly suited my style. I don't dress frumpy year-round so why would I want to wear a frumpy dress on my daughter's wedding day? I shopped in the Seattle and Bellevue areas and let me tell you, even across the street at Bellevue Square, there were no stores that came close to the selection of classy Mom's dresses found at this store. An added bonus was the exceptional service and individual attention provided by the friendly staff. If you don't visit Mom's, Maids, and More, you're wasting your time shopping elsewhere. I have been in multiple weddings over the past couple years, and Moms, Maids, and More is my favorite place to go. Every time I have been there the staff is always so friendly and gracious to us. Even with 10 bridesmaids in there at once, the staff was so patient and worked with us for hours. We were allowed to take pictures of any dress we wanted, which wasn't allowed at any other bridal store we had been to prior. My sister is getting married this Summer and she is getting her bridesmaid & flower girl dresses there too. Their selection is great and you can count on them to be organized. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my bridesmaid dresses!! Pros: Great customer service, good selection, friendly staff Cons: Needing more dressing rooms more

I have four flower girls and we were treated VERY poorly by the staff at Moms Maids and More. At our appointment we were informed that even though we were ordering 4 of the same dresses, our "rush order" (even though the wedding is 3 months away) was going to cost $90. The total cost of the dresses were over $600 plus we were planning on purchasing all the accessories there too. Needless to say, we were not sparing any expense. We came back after our appointment to have the 4 flower girls chest area measured for the dresses we had previously picked out. The attendant ignored us. It's pretty hard to not notice four toddlers. None of the other employees ever approached us. After 15 minutes and the girls reaching their max patience, I approached the saleswoman and she said she would help us when she could. After 5 more minutes and 1 tantrum, one of the moms inquired how much longer it would take. We were told it would take another 10-15 minutes just to be measured. We left. We were asking for less than 5 minutes of her time for a sale that would much exceed $800. She not only "didn't have time for us" but was rude when answering our questions. I also feel that when ordering that much merchandise that the "rush" charge should be waived or discounted. The saleswomen never called me to say sorry or to ask if we could measure the girls. I traveled an hour from my home for that appointment and one of the families traveled an hour and a half. I would strongly discourage anyone from waisting their time visiting Moms Maids and More. Their prices are high and their staff is rude. There are some great bridal storess out there and this just isn't one of them. My little sister is engaged and the big date is next August. We've attended wedding shows and searched countless bridal shops looking for bridesmaid dresses and a dress for our mother. Moms Maids and More was by far the best boutique we found. Our afternoon was fun and the store blew us away. The girls were helpful, the ambience was classy and comfortable and selection of dresses and other merchandise allowed us to end our day knowing we had found everything we were looking for. I recently got married over the summer and I ordered my bridesmaids, mother of the groom, and mother of the bride dresses from Moms, Maids, and More. While the boutique is a little tricky to find, the customer service was amazing! In a lot of the boutiques I went to when I was looking for my wedding dress the sales people were either too pushy or consumed with tidying up the dresses instead of answering my questions. I was also able to take pictures at Moms, Maids, and More of my favorite dresses. I would definetly recommend this boutique to anyone who is planning a wedding. more

From the moment I first arrived in Moms, Maids and More the staff did everything possible to meet our needs and take care of the details. They were helpful, courteous and willing to go above and beyond to pull everything together. Their expertise and thorough knowledge of the options available to us really sealed the deal.
