I hired Molly Maid of Boca Raton to clean my newly purchased home. The job I hired them to do was to clean the house so it would be move in ready for my family and I . The outcome of this experience was absolutely terrible! I paid them $265 and was robbed of my money. The following is what I found after they left: dirty, marked up windows, greasy appliances, dusty shelves and closets, floors full of dirt and shoe marks, filthy bathrooms, dust all over window sills, the refrigerator had a drink spilled inside, and the oven had grease all over it. The list goes on and on. The ladies were also late when arriving to the job. When I called to speak to the owner, he refused to call me back and made me deal with his secretary who was extremely unprofessional. She also lied to me several times saying that she contacted the owner and he would be calling me back shortly. Well he never called me back. They refused to give me my money back or even half of my money back and they were awful to speak too. When I asked them why they had not provided the service they promised, their excuse was that the house was really dirty. My question or response then was why would I hire a cleaning service if my house is already clean. I will never use this service again and I do not recommend Molly Maids to anybody.
