I usually think a steak house is a steak house. But I must say that I visited Mahogany with some business associates last week and had one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. It was cooked perfectly, served professionally, and my filet was simply succulent. No avant-garde cuisine here, just excellently prepared steaks. The seafood appetizer platter featuring lobster, shrimp, calamari, crab cakes, and smoked trout was good as well. We also tried the potato gratin side dish and it was rich & delicious. Great wines offered, many premium magnums available, but very pricey. Actually everything is pricey, but if you're a steak lover you owe it to yourself to try this place at least once. The decor is contemporary steak-house. The service is very professional but can be a little slow at times, especially when they're busy. They also have a private room for large groups. Reservations required.
Pros: Great Steaks, Good Parking
Cons: Pricey
