We LOVE Modern Life Photography!! 10/6/2011

I was so happy with the service I recieved from Melanie, owner of Modern Life Photography. She spent time getting to know my family and had us laughing the entire session. It was like we were old freinds spending time together...never once did it seem like the usual family picture experience. I would recommend Modern Life Photography to all my friends and family and will use Melanie EVERY time we need photos! BTW...the pictures were FANTASTIC!! I don't see how anyone could have any regrets about using this clearly creative company! more

This photographer leaves much to be desired. She has absolutely no eye for taking photos. The subjects have ""raccoon eyes"" due to to much sunlight . Do not use this woman unless you are willing to waste your time and your money!! more

Our family pictures were great 3/3/2011

We have had our family pictures taken and they turned out great. We did an outdoor setting for all of them. The locations were unique and colorful, which i loved the most. I received plenty of pictures, options, and styles. Very creative and patient with kids! more

Melanie has photographed my daughter twice, first when she turned 2 and again when she turned 3. Both times I was amazed and what Melanie was able to capture because my daughter never stayed stilll. Each photo looked as if she posed for it. I will definitely be using Modern Life Photography again & again!!!! more

Melanie had taken a think at least 100 pictures of my daughter and many great poses! She is so calm and patient and easy to work with and has some very creative ideas for locations to take pictures at and poses. She also did some family pictures and another great experience and pictures! She really captured our daughters personality and beauty in so many great pictures. You can tell Melanie really enjoys what she does and has a great passion for it! more

We have used Modern Life's photographs as part of our annual newsletter and Facebook page for years. Melanie manages to capture the essence of her subject and brings the real person to life. My husband is a photograher but agrees her ""people"" photos are outstanding. We will continue to use her services and are proud to show her photos to friends and family. more

I can't say enough good things about the photos that were taken through Modern Life Photography. Melanie was very easy to work with and worked great with my kids. She already had a location picked out that was beautiful, making the process even easier. She provided a disc so that we could develop our own photos and the photo turned out GREAT! Highly recommend this company! more

Modern Life Photography did our pictures for our wedding. Melanie was wonderful to work with and so flexible! Melanie captured the time I spent with the women in my family and also the my now husband and all of our sons. Melanie was so wonderful and easy to work with and extremely affordable. I would use Modern Life Photography ANY time! more

After having family pictures taken through Modern Life Photography, we will never go to another photographer. The service we received was great and the finished prints were nothing short of amazing. The whole process was enjoyable, from setting the appointment to ordering the prints. Her prices are reasonable as well. All in all we are very satisfied with Modern Life Photography. more

She really takes time to get to know the client and what they want out of their session. I will never go to another photographer now that I found Modern Life Photography!! I absolutely LOVE this photography company, especially the photgrapher/owner! Melanie takes extra time to get the best shots with multiple locations and wardrobe changes. She's always scounting for newer, modern locations. I hire her several times a year for family pics and recommend her to all my friends! more

It has been a few years since we took a family picture. I loved the location of the outdoor shots. She worked well with our family and the shoot only lasted 30 minutes. The pics turned out unbelievable! Melanie's prices are reasonable as well. I highly recommend her!! more

Great Outdoor Pics 2/27/2011

My family was tired of the indoor shots you get at the shopping malls and wanted some taken outdoors. A coworker recommended Modern Life. Melanie is cool and because she is also a mom she knew how to get the best out of our 4-year old. The time was fun, the shots were great and her prices were reasonable too. We will use again in the future. I am also considering having her do some business photography too. Highly recommended. more
