Great classes 7/22/2008

Great gym very clean, nice staff . I mainly take the classes and they are great very challenging but I saw results immediatly that I didn't see when I worked myself. I highly reccomend the yogalates class believe it or not it's very relaxing. I would highly reccomend this gym. more
