Had two gift certificates to use and low and behold the phones have been disconnected and the website is shut down. Good riddance you piece of crap business more

Would not call this a SPA 9/30/2010

I took 3 family members here for a girls day, massage, manicure, pedicure. Was very unorganized, not professional and I was embarressed I brought my family there. The lady that did 3 of our manicures seem like she was at the races. Our manicures were so sloppy it looked like a child did it. I complained to the owner who offered me gift certificates to cover the horrible manicures. I have yet to see them and that was over a month and a half. I would not consider this a spa. If you want professional services, I suggest you look elsewhere! more

Love this place... 1/14/2009

I just started going to Moda Bella after I had a coupon for a make over for only $60. I have very long hair and I was very scared. Well I just love it, she colored it a beautiful brown and gave me bangs (that I love) Its still long too:) I had a great time, the staff was so nice, I really enjoyed the time I spent there. The customer service was great, she understood what I wanted and the best was she didn't cut off too much. I need it long. I can't believe that anyone would have a bad experience. It was a awesome deal and I look wonderful!! Pros: Love my hair more

I just found this listing and had to write a comment about the review that said that she had a bad experience at Moda Bella Salon. I have been going to them for 6 years and I was surprised to read that anyone would not be happy with how friendly they are. IF YOU HAVE EVER BEEN THERE, it is great. I have to believe that a competitor wrote some of the comments. I own a small business too and understand how they would feel intimidated on how great Moda Bella is. First I had to laugh, if a beautician could cut, blow-dry and curl someone?s hair in 7 minutes WOW they must be a magician!! My lady is the highest priced and I pay $37 for a great shampoo and condition, haircut, blow-dry and curling iron style. My color on my roots is only $50. They do have a great atmosphere but it is the ladies that make me go back. They are very friendly and always make me feel welcome. Plus my hair always looks great!!! Pros: My great looking hair more

BEST DAY I HAD 5/19/2008

I received a gift certificate for Day at Moda Bella - was the best gift I have ever received. the girls were excellant. Besides being so friendly, they really treat you as if you are special from the time you walk in the door until you are finished with your services. They really look out for their customers. I will definetly go back and highly recommend them to everyone. And believe me I have been at just about every spa/salon in Green Bay, Appleton - this was the best treatment I have had. Pros: Very reasonalby priced compared to other salons -- they know how to treat their customers Cons: non that i could find more

Best kept secret in Green Bay 4/26/2008

This is a quaint salon and spa, almost a bed and breakfast feel to it. You can tell that customer service is important to them because they always have a smile on their face. I have been here a few times but recently I had a full make over and it was the best experience yet. I felt like I was part of the family, everyone was so excited for me and my new look, its great to go to a place like this were you can tell they really appreciate their customers. Great place for hair 4/23/2008

I have had my hair done here for 3 years and they do a great job. They did have one girl that was just ok, I heard she is gone. I always make sure I ask for Theresa or Kathy. I have gone to other nice places too and Moda Bella prices are way better. I always go back to Moda Bella I do think they are the best for hair in Green Bay. Its easy to make appointments and they are always nice. I even get my kids hair done there too. If you have been there you know that the prices are great and the girls are alway so nice. Don't be fooled 4/16/2008

I can understand why the previous lady had a bad experience. I am sure this was a totally honest situation. I also have had problems will this salon, and would never return. I know that this comment will probably be gone with in the next couple days, because anybody can post a writing (friends, employees, ect.) I know that it is only hair, but seriously you are paying and at these prices you should get what you want. I guess the message is to always be cautious, or you could end up going through alot of money for bad hair. Cons: too many to name more

I love this place! I am a busy professional with 2 kids so I am always short on time. They are always so accomodating and friendly. They always exceed my expectations!! Best Salon and Spa in Green Bay 4/1/2008

I have three kids and work full time so I needed a haircut that was going to be fun and easy to do. I was so happy with my style and the ladies were very nice. (I even had a free chair massage while I waited! It was very relaxing) I have been to many salons in Green Bay that just never listen to what I want and she did. I have a very trendy short haircut that everyone loves. It saves me so much time too. I really love my Hair!! I am so thankfull to find a salon and Day Spa that is so great! I had the best haircut and color I have ever had in Green Bay!! Kathy knows what she is doing. I expected to pay about $40-$50 more than I did. I was very surprised! I have told all my friends!! Pros: Great Parking more

Best spa in Green Bay 12/14/2007

I love it here. I wish all of my spa expereinces had been so great. I love that their stylists and techinicans know what they are doing. They are educated about what they do, they always offer new and fresh ideas and keep up to date on the latest trends. My hair has never looked better. I have started getting spa services done and I am in love with the facials. Ann does something new evertime. I have never had the same facial. She always customizes the facial to whatever my skin needs that time. Love it!! Pros: Nice People Cons: None more

Very Friendly and down to earth 10/3/2007

The staff is great. They were so accomodating for my mother. They made her feel like she was part of the family. She raves about this place to everyone. Now I can, too. I just had my first facial, and it was perfect. Now I'm hooked. I will be coming back everytime I am in town. more
