Great Job! 6/22/2010

I needed some help completing a media center in my house. I called them up and they came out pretty quickly. They had me all wired up and ready to watch the NBA playoffs. I couldn't have asked for greater service or a better job to be done. These guys are the real deal! Pros: fast, efficient, professional, cheap Cons: not mavs fans!! JK more

What's an old man like me supposed to do when the light switches suddenly don't work? Call Mister Sparky, of course! I couldn't figure out for the life of me why the electricity in my home suddenly stopped working. I called Mister Sparky and they came right out. Turns out a 'coon or squirrel, or something had chewed away at the insulation on the wire where it enters my house. This apparently caused a short, which in turn killed my power. Mister Sparky's tech had me back on in only a few hours. Pros: Smart, professional, courteous, prompt more

This company is unbelievably friendly. When I called I felt like I was talking to an old friend. They were very knowledgeable and eager to help me. First let me start off by saying that I don't normally do things like this. I was so impressed with my experience over the weekend with Mister Sparky, that I had to thank them publicly. This company is head and shoulders above the rest in terms of service, quality, cost, and attitude. At no time was I uncomfortable dealing with them. They went to great lengths to make sure they didn't scuff my hardwood, called it the Red Carpet Treatment. They were very good at explaining what needed to be done before they went and did it. I'm not sure really what to say here other than I was very impressed with this company. From the girl who answered the phone to the guy who came to my house, everyone had a positive, professional attitude. I got the full Red Carpet Treatment, which was really a nice touch. I could not be happier with the service from Mister Sparky. The electrical support staff was friendly and informed me about every move they were doing within my home; that was comforting! Also, knowing that I have a guarantee if something goes wrong or I am not happy with the service, they can fix it for free! For the best houston electrician, use Mister Sparky! Great Experience!!! 10/25/2008

After hurricane Ike, our backyard received a beating. We lost trees which took out our power lines. We had been having a difficult time with repairs because it seemed like everyone was taking advantage of consumers during the crisis. It seemed like every electrician we called had raised their prices and couldn't come out for a couple of weeks. Then we found MISTER SPARKY! They were incredibly nice, they came out immediately to give us an estimate, and they never raised their prices! Tony was our service guy, and he went above and beyond, even cutting branches that he thought Centerpoint Energy might have a problem with. If you ever need electrical work done by someone who's reliable and will treat you the right way, go to Mister Sparky!!!
