This week I had my third major problem with MCU. On the 1099-R tax form they used a code (T) that caused my Roth IRA disbursement to be counted an exception and as taxable income....

Terrible Experience! 5/9/2013

Trying to get a loan with Missouri Credit Union was an absolutely terrible experience. They continually pushed back the final loan date, required inspections that cost in excess of $2000, and then turned down the loan even though all of the inspections were passed! We verbally agreed to have financing done if the reports came back as they did and Missouri Credit Union broke their promises! A truly terrible lending experience. more

Mizzou Credit Union is tops 7/24/2006

I've been a member of the Mizzou Credit Union since it opened in Columbia in the 80s. I've taken advantage of their checking, savings, safe deposit box, CDs, IRA, credit card and auto loan services. Interest rates are competitive. Online services are easy to access. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I'd hate to ever have to return to a traditional bank. PROS: good range of products, low or no fees; online access; helpful staff CONS: no business accounts available so far more

Establsihed business and quick turn around time on loans 3/27/2006

Mizzou Credit Union has been in business for years n Columbia, They have grown from one little office space downtown to at least 4 stand ontheir own facilites in twon. They offer same services as banks and don't charege the fees that most banks do. Answer time for loans is quick too, most to fthe time on car loans you will get an answer that day. We have been customers since 1984, a long time! We have never had a problem with them and if there has ever been something we have had a question with, they are always happy to sit down with you and answer your questions. Banking for everyone - low/no fees 5/25/2005

Great bank. Available to anyone who lives or works in Boone County. I have had several banking products here - including CDs and savings accounts, and they've always been helpful with any questions. more
