If you need a plumber, this is the one to have. 5/30/2012

Milton Frank Plumbing had to find a mystery leak we were having. It was a hose in a jacuzzi tub, and they had to order the hose from the factory. They later returned to install the hose exactly when they said they would. They had a young graduate plumber and he was great, head and shoulders above anyone else. They stand behind their work. They're amazing and we're sticking with them. more

Milton Frank Plumbing had to find a mystery leak we were having. It was a hose in a jacuzzi tub, and they had to order the hose from the factory. Very pleasant people! 5/25/2012

I had a leak and I called Milton Frank Plumbing because I see their trucks all over the neighborhood. They were able to come out in a week. They turned the water off, and found out another leak. They fixed both leaks, and took most of the morning. Milton Frank Plumbing did a fantastic job! The lady on the phone was wonderful, and Milton Frank Plumbing was willing to come out and had very pleasant people. They were super nice and right on time. The only thing is that their prices are sky-high. I am hesitant to recommend them because they're pricey. more

A great job all the way through! 5/23/2012

We had used Milton Frank Plumbing for minor plumbing issues before, but never for remodeling. We got 3 quotes, and they came in well under the other two companies, so the price was wonderful. And they were very professional the entire time. We really appreciated that they did things the right way, and didn't cut any corners. Any issues that came up, were handled very professionally and quickly. For example, tape was used to cover a curtain from the dust, and it pulled up some of the ceiling paint by accident. They took responsibility and addressed the issue right away. They had a professional painter come out, match the paint exactly and he fixed the paint job. I think that is the true measure of a good company, how they choose to address issues as they come up. In that situation, they handled the problem very well, kept me informed the entire time. The end results are wonderful. I love everything they did! The work is beautiful and ties it all together. I would definitely use them again if we needed more work done, and I would have no problem recommending them to friends and family. more

There is no other company than Milton Frank for my plumbing. 5/22/2012

I would say the word to describe them is fantastic. My relationship with Milton Frank Plumbing started when I was having a plumbing emergency. They were the most available of the places I contacted, and even though they said they wouldn't be able to come by until 11, they found a way to get someone out here at 9. Carlos was phenomenal. He fixed the problem immediately, and advised about another situation that was looming. I ended up contracting Milton Frank to re-plumb my whole property, which was deteriorating galvanized pipe made in the 1980s. The workers were phenomenal, clean, and they restored everything in a way that, as a homeowner, I'd hope someone would take care of my property. Carlos also advised me that my water heater was about 20 years old, so I had them back to put in two tankless water heaters. They also ripped out a garden tub in the master bathroom and installed a new shower, which looks gorgeous and works beautifully. All the workers that came in over the weeks, and there were quite a few, they also treated my property with the utmost respect. If you want to say the words, "You get what you pay for," you GET what you pay for with them. It's not the cheapest, I'll admit that, but I don't want the cheapest plumber messing with my investment. I want Milton Frank Plumbing. more

Milton Frank Plumbing is a good company and the people who work for them are great. Milton Frank Plumbing re-piped the pressure piping in my house. I chose Milton Frank Plumbing because I had had a much better experience with them than others. They're a great company, and have really good people working for them! more

Milton Frank Plumbing rocks. I would recommend them to everybody. Their price is great, and I'm a VIP member. I really trust them and believe they're not trying to oversell. Their service is also great. Really, plumbing is so unpredictable. It's well worth it being a VIP member. The other day, my house started flooding. They came right over and saved my hardwood. That's worth everything. more

We got competitive bids and Milton Frank Plumbing was the only company that pointed out the tough issues that needed to be taken care of. Nobody else pointed those out, and they were serious issues. They were also ready to get started on the work right away. We had a massive plumbing leak in our house and they were the only ones that said lets get that fixed. They wanted to take care of you. I really appreciated that. more

We've used Milton Frank Plumbing before, and we've always had excellent results with them. They did a really good job this last time they were here. My husband said that we go more for our money than he expected we would! They were quick to do the job, and it was a job very well done. I am handicap, and my husband had to be at work when they came, and the men were polite and very kind. They told us what they thought we would pay, did an inspection, and then told us what we would definitely pay and it wasn't too far off from their estimate and there were no surprises. My husband works in utilities, and he was so happy when he came home, because he recognizes a good job in this field when he sees one. We will continue to use them for our future needs. This is a really great company! more
